ReztoFlow Reviews & Product Details

ReztoFlow is an integrated software platform designed specifically for restaurants, combining essential operational tools into a single, cohesive system. Developed in collaboration with partner restaurants in Perpignan, Saint-Cyprien, and Canet, each feature addresses real-world challenges faced by the hospitality industry. At its core, ReztoFlow offers an NF525-compliant point-of-sale (POS) system that ensures secure and reliable transaction processing. This system operates seamlessly offline, allowing restaurants to continue operations without internet connectivity. It supports various payment methods, including cash, Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android devices, and Stripe Terminal readers. Notably, there are no additional costs per tablet, enabling establishments to deploy multiple POS terminals without incurring extra fees. The platform's reservation management system features an interactive floor plan optimized for tablet use. This system intelligently suggests table placements by considering the restaurant's layout, predefined business rules, and customer history. Users can set placement rules in natural language, such as "never table 12 for birthdays," and the system proactively detects conflicts before confirmation. During service, a live timeline and staff push notifications enhance coordination and efficiency. To enhance customer experience, ReztoFlow includes a table-side QR code feature. By scanning the QR code, guests can access the menu in their preferred language, request the bill, and provide feedback. Positive reviews are directed to the restaurant's Google page, while less favorable feedback is routed internally, allowing staff to address concerns promptly. Additional features like Wi-Fi access, loyalty programs, and allergen information can be toggled as needed. The platform also supports click-and-collect services, enabling customers to place takeout orders with upfront payment via Stripe. The system calculates available time slots based on kitchen capacity, prints kitchen tickets automatically, and sends SMS notifications to customers when their orders are ready. This streamlined process minimizes kitchen congestion and reduces payment errors. Artificial intelligence is integrated throughout ReztoFlow to automate and enhance various functions. The AI assistant, Claude, translates menus into six languages with a single click, suggests table placement rules, and assists in onboarding new restaurants by extracting information from a provided URL. It also detects allergens and offers dietary suggestions, ensuring menus are accessible and informative. A standout feature is "L'Extra," an AI-powered phone agent that answers calls 24/7 with a natural voice. It handles reservations, modifications, cancellations, and provides information on operating hours, parking, and allergens based on the restaurant's actual data. When necessary, it transfers calls to human staff, ensuring that no customer inquiry goes unanswered. ReztoFlow's local printing capability allows the mobile app to communicate directly with thermal printers over local networks, eliminating the need for additional hardware or agents. This feature ensures that kitchen and receipt printing is efficient and reliable. In summary, ReztoFlow offers a comprehensive suite of tools tailored for the restaurant industry, integrating POS, reservation management, customer engagement, and AI-driven assistance into a single platform. Its development, rooted in real-world restaurant operations, ensures that each feature effectively addresses the daily challenges faced by hospitality professionals.
