Reward Logic Job Evaluation Platform Reviews & Product Details

Reward Logic is a cloud-based B2B SaaS platform designed to help organisations achieve fair, transparent, and defensible pay decisions through structured job evaluation. At its core, the platform enables HR teams and business leaders to systematically measure the size and value of roles across an organisation using a methodology grounded in evidence and best practice. By separating the demands a role places on an individual from the value it delivers to the organisation, Reward Logic provides a clear, auditable framework for levelling, pay benchmarking, and career pathing. The platform’s methodology centres on two complementary assessments. The first, Dimensions of Job Demand (DoJD), evaluates roles across five discrete areas including cognitive complexity, time pressure, relational demands, consequence density, and ambiguity. Each dimension is scored independently, capturing often-overlooked factors such as emotional labour, simultaneous responsibilities, and the need to act under uncertainty. The second, Dimensions of Job Contribution (DoJC), measures the structural output and organisational impact of a role across four dimensions: value creation, output complexity, impact reach, and accountability. These scores combine into the Role Demand–Contribution Index (RDCI), a single metric that maps roles to internal bands for consistent, legally defensible levelling. Reward Logic’s platform is designed to support the full lifecycle of role evaluation. Organisations can submit role details, manage user permissions across Super Users, Admins, and Managers/Evaluators, and run structured surveys for scoring. Each role evaluation is fully auditable, with a clear trail from evidence submission to final scoring. Once evaluations are complete, scores and banding can be used to inform internal pay decisions, identify inequities, and integrate with market benchmarking data. The system also supports modular growth, enabling future capabilities such as internal equity monitoring, pay risk analytics, and evaluation comparisons over time. From a usability perspective, the platform emphasises simplicity without compromising rigor. Draft mode allows secure editing of role information before survey launch, while governance workflows ensure that scoring logic is reviewed and approved by designated Super Users. The platform is structured for scalability, with flexible pricing, multi-role evaluation, and automated onboarding processes. Early users can trial evaluations with demo accounts before rolling out to the wider organisation, enabling rapid adoption and confidence in the methodology. Ultimately, Reward Logic empowers organisations to make pay decisions based on structured, transparent, and evidence-based insights rather than anecdote or assumption. It aligns organisational strategy with fair compensation practices, supports compliance with pay transparency regulations, and provides HR leaders with a defensible framework for managing and rewarding talent. For organisations looking to modernise job evaluation and pay equity processes, Reward Logic combines methodological rigor with practical, scalable functionality.
