Reward Logic’s platform is designed to support the full lifecycle of role evaluation. Organisations can submit role details, manage user permissions across Super Users, Admins, and Managers/Evaluators, and run structured surveys for scoring. Each role evaluation is fully auditable, with a clear trail from evidence submission to final scoring. Once evaluations are complete, scores and banding can be used to inform internal pay decisions, identify inequities, and integrate with market benchmarking data. The system also supports modular growth, enabling future capabilities such as internal equity monitoring, pay risk analytics, and evaluation comparisons over time. From a usability perspective, the platform emphasises simplicity without compromising rigor. Draft mode allows secure editing of role information before survey launch, while governance workflows ensure that scoring logic is reviewed and approved by designated Super Users. The platform is structured for scalability, with flexible pricing, multi-role evaluation, and automated onboarding processes. Early users can trial evaluations with demo accounts before rolling out to the wider organisation, enabling rapid adoption and confidence in the methodology. Ultimately, Reward Logic empowers organisations to make pay decisions based on structured, transparent, and evidence-based insights rather than anecdote or assumption.
