RevYou Reviews & Product Details

RevYou is a Google review management system that helps businesses collect customer feedback through NFC cards and QR codes placed at key touchpoints. The system addresses the challenge of generating reviews by eliminating friction, allowing customers to provide feedback in seconds without downloading apps or creating accounts. The platform includes three core components: strategically placed NFC cards and QR codes, a streamlined feedback interface, and intelligent routing of responses. Satisfied customers can submit pre-drafted Google reviews, while dissatisfied customers provide private feedback directly to the business for service recovery. Analytics track scan counts, completion rates, and review conversions, offering insights for optimizing placement strategies. The system supports multiple service categories and locations, with tiered plans that include branding options and remote management features.
