What I like best about RevSure is the visibility it gives us into our unified funnel and pipeline performance. Once it is up and running, it is a seriously powerful tool for connecting demand gen directly to revenue metrics. That said, what truly sets RevSure apart is their customer success team. Our CSM has been amazing. A setup like this takes a lot of work, especially if your internal data and systems are very messy, but our CSM has been so patient and hands-on. What do you dislike about RevSure? The setup process can be really heavy and takes a significant amount of time to get right. If your internal data architecture or CRM systems are messy to begin with, onboarding requires a lot of heavy lifting to untangle everything before you can actually start seeing value in the platform. It isn't exactly a turn-key solution out of the box, so you definitely need to be prepared to put in the time and engineering effort upfront to clean up your own systems first. The biggest problem RevSure solves for us is data fragmentation across our marketing funnel and sales pipeline. Before using it, tying our demand gen efforts directly to revenue metrics felt like guesswork because our CRM and marketing tools didn’t naturally talk to each other the way we needed them to. RevSure gives us a unified, full-funnel view so we can actually see how our campaigns impact pipeline and business growth. The main benefit has been the clarity it provides. Once you get through the initial setup, it gives you a solid, reliable baseline for our metrics. I like the ability to integrate a lot of different data sources. You can get Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, and a whole bunch of other data sources ingested into the platform for better funnel and attribution analytics. It helps paint a better picture of our funnel visibility. We're able to not just look at data that's being ingested into Salesforce, but we can see more website data as well as a full pathway for each individual lead who enters our funnel. Due to the ability for users to slice and dice the data in many different ways, it can be complex or overwhelming.
