How much does RevSure cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, RevSure pricing in 2026 starts at $4,000.00 and can reach $6,000.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the RevSure.ai's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is RevSure pricing best suited for?

RevSure's pricing is best suited for mid-market B2B companies in computer software, IT services, and security, which represent the dominant reviewer segment on G2. G2 reviewers from 51–1,000 employee organizations consistently extract the most value, particularly demand generation, RevOps, and marketing leadership teams needing unified funnel visibility and multi-touch attribution across Salesforce, HubSpot, and paid channels. The Early Adopter tier fits fast-moving GTM teams establishing attribution baselines, while the Growth tier aligns with scaling demand gen organizations requiring AI-driven forecasting. Enterprise-tier reviewers on G2 tend to be global or multi-BU organizations with complex data architectures needing custom attribution models and dedicated strategic support.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of RevSure?

RevSure offers no free tier. According to G2's pricing data for RevSure, the entry point is the Early Adopter tier at $4,000/month, covering up to 50,000 MAP contacts, 10 users, multi-touch attribution, funnel analytics, and assisted onboarding. RevSure's Growth tier at $6,000/month adds AI-based attribution, propensity scoring, pipeline projections up to four quarters, campaign reallocation recommendations, and CRM/MAP writeback. RevSure's Enterprise tier, custom-priced, unlocks multiple CRM/MAP integrations, data warehouse access, reverse ETL, unlimited users, and a dedicated CSM. G2 reviewers highlight AI forecasting and pipeline acceleration as the primary feature drivers pushing teams from Early Adopter toward Growth or Enterprise tiers.

Is RevSure considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of RevSure consistently rate it highly, with the majority of reviews at 4.5 or 5 stars, signaling strong perceived value despite premium pricing starting at $4,000/month. G2 users frequently cite time savings from automated reporting, elimination of manual spreadsheet work, and ROI clarity across campaigns as concrete returns on investment. Reviewers from mid-market companies in computer software and IT services describe RevSure as a worthwhile investment that replaces multiple tools and headcount. The main value caveat noted across G2 reviews is a significant onboarding investment: messy CRM data and steep learning curves can delay time-to-value, making RevSure best suited for teams prepared to commit engineering and operational resources upfront.

"Powerful Funnel-to-Revenue Visibility, Backed by an Outstanding Customer Success Team"
5/5
What do you like best about RevSure?

What I like best about RevSure is the visibility it gives us into our unified funnel and pipeline performance. Once it is up and running, it is a seriously powerful tool for connecting demand gen directly to revenue metrics.

That said, what truly sets RevSure apart is their customer success team. Our CSM has been amazing. A setup like this takes a lot of work, especially if your internal data and systems are very messy, but our CSM has been so patient and hands-on. They have partnered with us every step of the way to troubleshoot our data gaps and make sure the platform actually meets our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RevSure?

The setup process can be really heavy and takes a significant amount of time to get right. If your internal data architecture or CRM systems are messy to begin with, onboarding requires a lot of heavy lifting to untangle everything before you can actually start seeing value in the platform. It isn't exactly a turn-key solution out of the box, so you definitely need to be prepared to put in the time and engineering effort upfront to clean up your own systems first. Response from Francisco Garcia of RevSure

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this, and for the perfect 5 out of 5.

It means a lot to hear that RevSure is giving your team that unified, full funnel view, and that it has become a reliable baseline for how you talk about what is actually driving pipeline. Moving that conversation away from who gets credit for a lead and toward a clear, data backed picture is exactly the outcome we build toward.

We are also so grateful for the shoutout to the customer success team. Every account comes with its own data reality, and there is no version of this partnership that works with a one size fits all approach. Glad that came through in how the team showed up for you.

We are continuing to invest in ways to make that ramp lighter, both in the product and in how we guide teams through it, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize where to focus next. Enterprise data architectures are messy and we always look to increase our adaptability towards them as we learn from every customer deployment.

Thank you again for trusting RevSure with something this important to your business. We are looking forward to earning that trust every day.

"Decoding Account Intent with Stellar Support"
3.5/5
What do you like best about RevSure?

I truly value the excellent customer support I receive from RevSure, especially from my customer experience manager, Francisco Garcia. His readiness to assist at virtually any time, combined with his expertise in guiding me through report generation and dashboard navigation, significantly enhances my experience. Francisco's enthusiasm and unwavering positive attitude towards serving customers cannot be overstated and has been a major advantage. Additionally, the capability of RevSure to provide insights into account behaviors is incredibly valuable. It allows for a deeper understanding of potential customers' engagement, giving my team a strategic edge by identifying how accounts are interacting with us long before our direct marketing or sales efforts commence. What do you dislike about RevSure?

I find RevSure challenging to navigate because it is a platform with a lot of data and intelligence. This complexity requires expert-level training and a strong alignment with a dedicated customer success person, especially for someone with multiple priorities. The intuitiveness and ease of use could be significantly improved to better accommodate users without needing extensive training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jerry Henry of RevSure

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful and detailed review. We’re thrilled to hear how much value you’re getting from RevSure, especially in uncovering early account engagement and illuminating the “dark funnel” for your marketing and sales teams.

We’re particularly glad to hear your positive feedback about Francisco. His dedication, responsiveness, and enthusiasm for helping customers succeed truly exemplify the level of support we strive to deliver, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with him.

We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the platform’s complexity. RevSure is designed to deliver deep intelligence, and we recognize that this depth can come with a learning curve. Improving intuitiveness and ease of use is an active focus for our product team, alongside continued investments in training, enablement, and close alignment with our customer success managers to ensure users can extract value as efficiently as possible.

Thank you again for your partnership and for trusting RevSure to power your account intelligence and go-to-market strategy. We look forward to continuing to support your success
