We received the first leads fast and the company were fitting our ICP perfectly. We also appreciate the smooth onboarding and communication.

Nothing in particular, we are satisfied with what we got so far.

We have been working with American and canadian clients for some time but most of our opportunity came from networking. Lead generation and cold selling was a challenge for us, and this is where we decided to turn to the expertise of RevenueBase. For the leads generation part, they find the companies which fit our ICP and might be interested in our services, set up meetings and introduce our company and service.

**What do you like best about RevenueBase?**

RevenueBase allows me to build segments based on our ICP and seamlessly push thousands of contacts directly to Salesforce. Rather than waiting for reps to sift through ZoomInfo occasionally now we have thousands of contacts and companies ready in Salesforce that can easily be added to sequences. Their interface is fantastic - surprisingly quick and easy to use. The customer success (Korey)  and general support have been awesome. Actually, they are doing a great job of keeping me honest to make sure we take full advantage and get full value. Super easy to implement (they did most of the work) and integration seems to be flawless with monthly updates. Unlike other tools, this is a product we will benefit from every day. Seems like they have a lot of mobile numbers and their data is accurate because it is so frequently checked which helps to solve the "no longer with that company" problem.

No data is perfect. The world is just moving too fast, but I like what I'm seeing from RevenueBase.

My recommendation to anyone considering RevenueBase is to consider how much data you are paying for with something like ZoomInfo where most of the data never hits your CRM or is prospected. I recommend you give RevenueBase a try.

We have a very large TAM and need to contact as many of the right people at the right companies as soon as possible.

**What do you like best about RevenueBase?**

The best part about RevenueBase is that it allows my team of consultants to create a universe of relevant organizations and contacts within minutes. Even better, they can identify these organizations using tech stack identifiers (CRM, ABM, Sales Automation Technologies, etc.) and can further refine these by the organization's specialties. Additionally, RevenueBase has over 20 pre-defined Personas my team can use to identify the correct decision-makers.

**What do you dislike about RevenueBase?**

They have been amazing, but if I had to pick one thing, I wish they offered more integrations outside of Hubspot and Salesforce. That being said, they are constantly considering customer feedback and exploring additional options.

Revenuebase has positively impacted our operations, giving us confidence that our data is accurate. The support we receive from their Customer Success team is incredible. It is another testament to them ensuring we are successful in our use of their Platform.

Our pipeline is directly benefiting because of RevenueBase. RevenueBase gives our team a single solution for quickly identifying new opportunities for our consultants to pursue. We know what technologies they use and have confidence the emails are deliverable and that the person on the other side of the phone is who we are trying to reach. This has benefited us by giving the team more time to focus on value-added work and have meaningful conversations with prospects.

The standout feature of RevenueBase for our digital marketing agency (bravr) is the exceptional data quality. The accuracy and depth of information provided has significantly improved the targeting precision of our campaigns both internally and for clients. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and extract valuable insights. The unique company information available sets RevenueBase apart, giving us a competitive edge in creating marketing strategies that reflect our ICP.

As a leading SEO agency, we'd like to see data we see in SEO tools such as Organic Traffic, Ranking Keywords, Referring Domains etc. However this is specific to our use case only. The Revenuebase team have been receptive to our feedback so hope to see this data incorporated soon!

I can summarise this in three main points:
1. No credit system, this is a product that is meant to be used and doesn't punish you for using it often. 
2. It's far more cost effective than other providers.
3. Data is up-to-date, comprehensive and provides unique insights not found on other platforms.

RevenueBase is effectively solving the challenge of obtaining high-quality leads for our digital marketing campaigns. The team at RevenueBase goes beyond the typical B2B data vendor-client relationship, offering a partnership experience. I got started with them VERY early on, so they were still missing a little functionality around intent. After taking my requests into account, they were able to build out what I needed in a week or so.

When trialing other softwares in the space, really try and replicate the workflow you'd be following on a day to day basis. If it seems clunky, it's probably clunky. 

Give RevenueBase a try and see how easy it is to extract what you need.

**What problems is RevenueBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are so many data providers out there, but all of them are either extraordinarily expensive or clunky to use. I've tried just about all of them. ZI, Apollo, Lusha, etc. Credit based, impossible to mass export. RevenueBase was the platform I was looking for. Build lists in seconds, export it immediately, do with it what you please. Perfect for teams building call/email lists with heavy focuses on specific IPCs.

RevenueBase simplifies the process for me to find and connect with the right people at the right organizations. I love their pre-configured Personas, which allows me to input criteria such as Region, Industry, and Company Specialties, enabling me to create a segment of relevant individuals within minutes. It then creates excellent spreadsheets I can work off of and track my progress/results. This ensures that my outreach is targeted, and that I have accurate contact information for effective communication. I also appreciate their customer service and quick turnaround to any questions or inquires I have within in the software.

Nothing immediately jumps out at me. RevenueBase, time and time again, has demonstrated value through the quality of their data and the support they provide whenever you have any questions!

As a Business Development Manager, it is my daily responsibility to hunt, prospect, find emails/numbers and find the best contacts as well as their titles within each company I research. The straightforward pricing and unfettered access to a huge database of contact info and other firmographics.

As of now, RevenueBase fulfills most of our expectations efficiently. However, the platform could use an API that would allow for broader integration capabilities with other CRMs.  It hasn't been a major drawback for us, but other integrations could benefit others.

RevenueBase enriches contact info in our CRM. This is so helpful for understanding who is using our product as well as with email marketing by ensuring high deliverability rates. The company intelligence provided has been instrumental in developing more strategic and informed sales approaches. These features, combined with the flat rate pricing, have made RevenueBase a valuable asset in our marketing and sales toolkit, contributing to better resource allocation and more effective business strategies.

The data is delivered in an easily searched/filtered UI that gets you what you need quickly. It's simple to go from there to loading the data into your CRM or Marketing Automation.

For now, RevenueBase pre-built datasets are limited to Cybersecurity, GTM, and Mobile App industries. It will be great to see them extend that to more target markets.

RevenueBase replaces several other services, so you can redirect budget to other, valuable demand gen activities.

RevenueBase provides account and contact data that other vendors don't have. It's also sold for a fixed price, so you don't have to worry about credits. Their quality is top notch and volume far exceeds expectations. They also provide custom intent indicators that are specific to your business or industry. It's like taking the best of several other services - LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, ABM/Intent Data, Tech Install,  etc. - and combining them into a single data product.

The quantity and quality of their mobile numbers combined with an easy to use UI. The combination of the two helps me make my SDR team hyper efficient. The validated email address feature is also very helpful in today's GTM oubtound motion.

Nothing extremely relevant comes to mind, our only pain point right now is while we wait to internally greenlight the CRM integration we have to rely on csv uploads from the platform. However their success team has been extremely helpful in advising us as we move through this process.

The quality and quantity of the data is amazing. We recently transitioned away from another data provider and are exclusively using RevenueBase for our outreach. If you are tired of overpriced solutions, and want better data with top notch support, RevenueBase should be on your shortlist of vendors to consider!

Quality, accuracy, and relevance all come to mind. I know with confidence that the organizations and contacts I am reaching out to are the right ones. Additionally our account management team is invested in our success, going the extra mile to make sure we are fully utilizing our custom insights, and making themselves available to run TAM / Strategic List building sessions whenever needed. Last but not least the platform is easy to navigate and filtering for organizations and contacts is extremely intuitive.

Super accurate both with company targeting and contact info.   And the data is comprehensive including emails, phone numbers. etc.  Also, very easy to use and get right to usable macro and detail info.

Nothing major, however we would like to see additional integration capabilities with other sales and marketing tools to continue optimizing our workflows.

They are very responsive once you tell let them know you're unhappy.

The product itself - its based on them scrapping data from LinkedIn and other providers. The problem is someone has to actually do it for you and their team hasn't done it for us.

Just get Zoominfo.

We contracted with RevenueBase to help us get a full list of our TAM. We're 5 months in, and we don't have the account list we were promised. Contact data is non existant. We were promised the world in the sales process- haven't got anything since. You'll get radio silence unless you're on top of them.
