RevelirQA Reviews & Product Details

Most support teams only review a small sample of customer conversations. That means they miss the full picture: - where agents are giving wrong or inconsistent answers - where policies are unclear - where customers are getting stuck - and where product or ops issues keep coming up Revelir helps companies review 100% of their customer service interactions at the standard of a human QA analyst. Our AI scores every conversation against your own QA scorecard, with evidence for every judgment. Your QA team moves from manually reviewing tickets to coaching agents and acting on what the AI surfaces. We also enrich every ticket with signals your helpdesk does not produce on its own: sentiment, contact reason, recurring issue type, and custom metrics that matter to your team. Now teams can see what is actually happening across every conversation, and ask questions about their support data in plain English. Deployed in production at Xendit and Tiket.com.
