**What do you like best about ReturnLogic?**

I like the customization capabilities of ReturnLogic, especially being able to create a custom form for third-party warranties, which lets customers submit warranty requests even if they didn't purchase directly from our website. I also appreciate the customer support team; they're super friendly and helpful. Working and collaborating with their team and engineers is a pleasure because they truly care about helping us fulfill our needs. For instance, they created a custom flow to send certain SKUs to our offices for review while others go to our return center. The initial setup was fairly easy, and integrations with Shopify and Shippo were a breeze. I also find their help articles really useful, and their customer service team is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?**

Currently the only thing that could be improved that would be helpful for us would be to have an integration to a Retool which is a program we use that we can search serial number to help identify the product to ensure the proper SKU is selected for warranty to lessen confusion on the customer's side when selecting the product they are trying to warranty out.

**What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ReturnLogic to automate returns and warranties, easing the process for our website and third-party vendors. It's customizable, letting us create custom forms for warranties. The customer support and engineering teams are friendly, helping with specific needs like custom SKU flows.

**What do you like best about ReturnLogic?**

RMAs Integration with Shopify: The seamless integration of RMAs with Shopify makes tracking and managing returns a breeze. It ensures that the information is consistently and accurately reflected on the Shopify platform.

Gift Card Resolution: The ability to send gift cards as a resolution for issues is a valuable feature. It not only provides a convenient solution for customers but also ensures that these resolutions are accurately recorded in the system.

Robust Reporting Functionality: The reporting capabilities of Return Logic serve as a valuable asset. The ability to generate detailed reports allows for a comprehensive review of monthly issues, providing insights that contribute to informed decision-making.

Responsive and helpful customer support, with a special shoutout to our representative, Brian Berry, who has consistently demonstrated patience and kindness!

**What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?**

Issues with Third-Party Warranty (3PW): One challenge we've encountered is the reliance on (3PW) within ReturnLogic. Our initial attraction to ReturnLogic was to leverage the warranty feature, but the limitation to 3PW has introduced complexities and sometimes confusion for customers. Completing the entire form under this system can be challenging for some users, leading to frustration on their end.

**What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnLogic has revolutionized our returns, exchanges, and warranty processes. Previously, we managed warranties through a Google Sheet, but RL's platform has significantly improved organization and tracking, making issue resolution more efficient and effective.

I appreciate the seamless experience for customers and direct CX feedback to quality teams.

**What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?**

I haven't found any quality of return logic to dislike. All features meet our requirements.

**What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to monitor certain products for transit or manufacturing damage, allowing us to take proactive measures at the source. We have also been able to bridge the gap for customers who have purchased from third parties, ensuring their satisfaction.

From the sales team to the onboarding team everyone was friendly and great to work with. They were fast to respond and the sitch to the platform was seamless.

The platform does not have as many integrations.

ReturnLogic is very user-friendly and helps our business run smoothly regarding returns. Highly recommended!

It's straightforward to navigate. The system is fantastic to use and can be used by a first-timer.

Maybe just the part where we need to complete returns one by one.

It helps us trace all returns properly according to RMA type e.g, refunds, exchange or warranties.

I love that our customers only have to enter their email address (that's the setting we chose) to start their return. Gift returns are easy as well!

**What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?**

It would be nice if the customer would be able to change their own return.

ReturnLogic allows our customers to start their own return, and we have automation turned on, so the whole process usually completes on its own!

**What do you like best about ReturnLogic?**

I like that Return logic is easy to navigate and the automation system is the best upgrade they have done thus far. It takes a lot of work extra work off me and helps me focus more on our customers. I love looking at analytics and love that all the information is at my fingertips. Also, Jerica is super helpful in guiding me and helping to find information. Shes responds the same day and has been a pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?**

The only qualm I have is that It takes a day to recognize items have been delivered in the automations system.

You are able to to ask more questions when a customer is returning an item. So then we know exactly what needs to be worked on whether it be sizing, damaged items, gift exchange, etc. You are able to retain customers with how easy the process is.

**What do you like best about ReturnLogic?**

Easy to use system that communicates with itself, with little to no maintenance. It automatically updates on our end after customers request an exchange, return, or when they send their item back to us.

**What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?**

Limited options for customers when returning items i.e "item is too big" doesn't always help us identify deeper-lying issues as not all too big or too small items fit the same etc

**What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us a substantial amount of time vs previous companies we have worked with! The customer service and analytics are very helpful and something that wasn't available with our previous system.

The platform itself is largely intuitive. The settings are easy to adjust and offer a wide range of customization. This has the potential to be complex but Return Logic has categorized the settings in a way that's very easy to understand and change.

**What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?**

I can't think of any downsides quite yet.

**Recommendations to others considering ReturnLogic:**

Fine tune your return reasons to allow for accurate analytics.

**What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're trying to reduce our time spent on managing return analytics. Since we have a tech product there are lots of problems that arise and Return Logic makes it immensely easier to accurately track.

**What do you like best about ReturnLogic?**

Great support, strong reporting.  Easy to use and train employees on features within the system.  We are able to analyze returns by product category, individual products, or even by customer.  Very robust system.

**What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?**

Nothing.  Any concerns are addressed quickly by the ReturnLogic team, and they are always willing to take suggestions about making ReturnLogic better.

**Recommendations to others considering ReturnLogic:**

ReturnLogic provides the best value/return.  Better than Loopreturns, better than Returnly

**What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analyzing return reasons has become much easier with the robust reporting options available with ReturnLogic

I love the way Return Logic integrates with platforms I already use.

**What do you dislike about ReturnLogic?**

Sometimes, it feels a little convoluted. My rep is always super helpful, but its not always straightforward if I want to make adjustments in the system.

**What problems is ReturnLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Return Logic, we were processing returns manually. Return Logic automated everything so that our customers no longer have to contact us to return or exchange their items. It gave us a bigger brand appearance.

Efficiency. ReturnLogic not only works efficiently for us but has approved our efficiency and given us an opportunity to improve our customer experience in a mass format.

Navigation needs work. There are a lot of spent hours on 'nav' alone. Optimize for faster approvals

Our return process has finally become organized. Having the foundation of a software that helps us organize our returns has given us room to create more opportunity for rapport with our customers!
