Reten Reviews & Product Details

> Reten is customer retention software for local businesses in India: cafés, restaurants, bakeries, salons, gyms, boutiques and kids' play zones. > > Most local businesses don't notice when a regular stops coming until it's too late. Reten notices for you. It reads your bills, learns each customer's usual gap between visits, and tells you who has gone quiet. Then it messages them on WhatsApp with a friendly win-back, an offer or a reminder, in your business's name. > > How it works: > • A QR standee at your counter. Customers scan it, rate their visit, join on WhatsApp with a 6-digit code and get a reward. There's no app to download. > • Automatic WhatsApp messages: a welcome after the first visit, birthday and milestone greetings, and win-backs at 30 and 45 days. > • Loyalty points and rewards, WhatsApp campaigns, review requests with private feedback, memberships and referrals. > • Reports that show who came back after a message, matched to their next bill. > > It works with your current billing. Shopify connects directly, and any POS that can export a bill report (Petpooja, Restroworks, DotPe, GoFrugal, Vyapar and others) works through a CSV, Excel or Google Sheets upload. Your cashiers change nothing. > > Reten is a Verified Meta Tech Provider, built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Plans start at ₹999 a month (before GST), with a 30-day free trial.
