**What do you like best about RetainSure?**

We use it at Mailmodo to move from gut-feel to clear actions. The dashboards surface the accounts and segments where churn is actually building, and the guidance is specific enough to act on, not just pretty graphs. The AI QBR feature is a real time-saver: it pulls trends and highlights into a short, structured write-up so we spend meetings on decisions instead of compiling data.

**What do you dislike about RetainSure?**

Mostly a short onboarding curve for the deeper features, a few advanced reports take time to explore. That said, the value pays off once you’ve invested the initial hours.

**What problems is RetainSure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifies early churn risk so we can prioritize accounts before issues escalate.
Replaces manual cross-tool analysis with single-pane, actionable signals — which speeds up triage and outreach.

It is a data-driven model that makes my life much easier when it comes to collating information and taking action. Whether it’s something as simple as writing an email or creating an entire strategy for the next quarter for a client, everything can be done in one place without switching between multiple platforms to gather the details I need—even for discussions with the AI and a great team to always support you with any implementation

Nothing to dislike, but there are definitely a few areas that have potential for future enhancements as the product evolves

**What problems is RetainSure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RetainSure has quickly become my go-to tool—something I start and end my day with. It centralizes my conversations, customer data, and everything I need as a Customer Success Manager, making my work far more efficient. The integration was seamless, and the helpful prompts and guidance from the team have made the platform even more impactful. Retenture saves me time on repetitive tasks and lets me focus on meaningful strategy and execution. I truly appreciate the great work by the Lean and Mean team

**What do you like best about RetainSure?**

What I appreciate most is the platform’s intelligent use of all available account information to provide highly personalized insights. This feature has made my daily work as a Customer Success professional much easier, more organized, and significantly more efficient. It reduces the amount of manual work required and enables me to be more proactive with customers.

**What do you dislike about RetainSure?**

Up to now, I genuinely haven’t encountered any significant drawbacks in my experience. While there is always potential for additional features and improvements, nothing currently feels like a limitation to me.

**What problems is RetainSure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RetainSure has made it much easier for me to gather data from various sources and access it through a straightforward chat-style interface, eliminating the need to sift through complex dashboards or reports. The product’s trend analysis of both historical and current performance, together with its smart segmentation, provides a clear understanding of adoption across different customer cohorts. This clarity helps me better prioritize my focus areas. Before any customer call, I can quickly generate an account summary that highlights key insights, risks, and opportunities, which supports my efforts to drive upgrades or prevent churn. The expansion and churn prediction features, along with the platform’s knowledge about our business, help me in driving adoption among my customers.

**What do you like best about RetainSure?**

RetainSure has significantly streamlined our customer success and onboarding workflows at Mailmodo. The platform is intuitive, easy to set up, and doesn’t require a long learning curve for the team. Their automated workflows, retention insights, and health scoring system have helped us proactively manage customer journeys with more clarity.
The best part is their support team—they are extremely responsive, understand use cases deeply, and help us customise the setup based on our processes.

**What do you dislike about RetainSure?**

Nothing major so far. A few advanced analytics features could be more flexible, but the team is already working on enhancements and is very receptive to feedback.

**What problems is RetainSure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RetainSure has helped us centralize customer data, track onboarding progress accurately, and identify churn risks early. Our onboarding managers now have clear visibility into customer health, leading to faster interventions and better retention outcomes. The interface is very user-friendly, which is a huge plus. The initial setup was really easy, with most of it handled by their team. Their team is super receptive to feedback, and new features are added quickly.
