CS teams don't lose $$ to visibility; they lose it to bandwidth. CSMs spend hours building QBRs, pulling data before renewal calls, and manually tracking health scores in spreadsheets. Meanwhile 12 to 15% of ARR walks out the door every year, most of it from accounts nobody saw coming. RetainSure helps deploy AI agents for customer success and onboarding teams. Not a tool that helps work faster. Set of agents that does the work, so CSMs can spend their time where humans actually matter: the relationship. What the agent handles: - Churn prediction, 45 days before it happens, with the specific reason (usage drop, no logins, open tickets) - Account summaries pushed straight into Slack, so every call starts fully briefed - Upsell signals surfaced automatically from your existing book of business - QBRs generated in 2 minutes, not 4 hours Results? - 29% reduction in churn - 20% higher expansion revenue - 24% increase in ARR under management per rep Built for CS teams at SaaS companies who are stretched thin and tired of tools that just organize the mess instead of clearing it.
