## About Retail Scan & Stock
Retail Scan & Stock is a mobile inventory counting and reordering app for small businesses that need to scan barcodes, count physical stock, prepare purchase orders, and share inventory reports without complicated inventory software. It combines basic cataloging with phone-based stock counting, purchase order creation, and CSV and Excel export. It is designed for businesses with physical inventory locations such as shelves, stockrooms, vans and workshops that need periodic counting and replenishment. The app works offline, so core operations continue without a network connection, and optional cloud sync is available on paid tiers. There is a permanent Free tier as well as paid plans. It is not an ERP, warehouse management system, asset tracker, or POS solution.
