The upside of using RR is technical support. **What do you dislike about Retail Rocket?** I am still relevantly new to give some downside of the platform. However, one thing that comes to my mind is not able to delete campaigns you created. I think the delete option would be nice to keep the page tidy and easily searchable for a specific campaign. **What problems is Retail Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Targeting the right customers with the right products. Before (and still now for other countries), we used to send emails to all customers on our database. With RR, we started segmentation, and so far, we have seen better financial performance with our email campaigns. In simple, we make more sales.
