**What do you like best about metro?**

product quality is superb and the low price as compared to other apps and super fast delivery for the product in one day and proper in the box. I am very impressed with this app.

**What do you dislike about metro?**

in this app, I am unhappy with the offer of only a limited time because many times I miss the offer. and many times products are not visible in the app because photos do not click the proper way but it's not a big issue.

**What problems is metro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would suggest you please work on the interface because your web designer does not work properly on your website. please change your website color and add some options.

Some of the functionality after the merge with t mobile has made integration difficult.

If they actually deliver, and when the items are available and actually make it to your home, the quality of the food is great and the delivery professional

**What do you dislike about metro?**

They cancel orders and just send an email notification. No apologies when you call, just oops, technology error...  Every single order, there are items unavailable.

**What problems is metro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hope they are improving their availability of items versus flyer and onsite available items

**What do you like best about metro?**

Vast number of outlets and offerings. Customer support is available 24/7 and is always quick to respond. The data showed is accurate and to the point and presented in easily understandable manner.

**What do you dislike about metro?**

The user interface is not top-notch, still feels older and outdated and the blog pickup still has problems. But other than that I don't have any complaints about it so far.

**What problems is metro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Can monitor the media coverage, public relations, and marketing metrics our product is getting. Also, the results can be exported and can be easily shared with others as well.

The best feature I feel is the easy and interactive interface for the SaaS offerings provided by the RMS Metrofy. It is a good choice If anyone is looking for SaaS offerings in the market.

**What do you dislike about metro?**

According to me there is no such cons for the offerings of different software and administration solutions by RMS. These robust solutions make life easy and are very useful.

Before using the RMS solution, We've faced so many challenges in attendance and time management. RMS SaaS solution makes it easier to track and manage data with the proper solution.

The service was great.  I enjoyed using the app and the online features.  It was also beneficial to visit the actual Metro store to get answers to my questions.

**What do you dislike about metro?**

Certain phones were not supported so I had  to upgrade or change a phone that you were familiar with.  When this happened, they were helpful and tried to resolve the issue.

I use Metro for all of my calls.

They have delivered the products that I have ordered and a good user interface.

if  they can't deliver the product the order they are simply cancelling the order sometimes.

Delivering orders. But there are points that these have to develop like publicity and providing good offers.
