I used ResumeGrade a lot during my job hunting to keep improving my resume so it matches the job description and my experience. It shows the good points and the skills I lack according to the job description, and gives me a better understanding of how to make my resume go through the ATS checker. What I like most about ResumeGrade is that it doesn’t just give you a random resume score. I like the way it breaks things down into different areas like structure, skills, role fit, JD alignment and completeness. It makes it easier to understand what actually needs to be improved. I think the feedback can sometimes feel a bit too detailed, especially when there are a lot of suggestions at once. It can be difficult to know which changes I should focus on first.
