Rather than hiring, and then paying for, a variety of software and apps that occasionally result in booking and reservation issues along with other miscommunications, this is an easy approach to maintain control over the recognition, reputation, and growth of your brand. Success in maintaining flexibility with guests, coworkers, and management. Guest services troubleshooting is quick and really appreciated. **What do you dislike about RestaurantConnect?** Compared to other "bigger" names out there, I would think that many people are not as familiar with this software. Breaking the habits that some colleagues may have developed with different tools requires further training. **What problems is RestaurantConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting rid of excess or duplicate booking. ### 2. The extra training required is a price to pay for the poor benefits it provides. It needsto be e more affordable. **What do you dislike about RestaurantConnect?** Sometimes the app is a bit slow. Thats a inconvenience. It would be better if they added outlets to the platform for added convenience. RestaurantConnect claims to eliminate overbooking and double bookings I have experienced instances where this hasnt been the case. **What problems is RestaurantConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** There were times when I arrived at the restaurant only to find out that my reservation wasnt recorded correctly or there was some mix up with table availability. This has caused inconvenience and frustration especially when I had made reservations, for occasions. ### 3.
