There's a good range of question formats, and support is responsive and happy to make changes to the system where necessary/appropriate. **What do you dislike about Responster?** The reporting is not very customisable, so we export all our data in CSV format and manipulate it in Google Data Studio. An ongoing issue for us is that for, eg., the questions on a scale of 1–10, there's no option for an N/A option. **What problems is Responster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Responster has allowed us to canvas opinions from our audiences in a way that it is quantifiable. We're no longer reliant on receiving free-form feedback via email, which is difficult to compare and report on. ### 3.
