**What do you like best about ResponseSuite?**

I love this platform for its lively and User-Friendly Interface. The platform can be customized by a lot of degree in comparison with other platform. The customization can really make the form look more presentable and attractive. I love the fact that this platform have a large integration tools for either for Marketing, Productivity, Membership Audiences or Storages. Its capability to integrate with major tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Pipedrive Zoho, Asana and many more other platform makes this platform more robust and powerful. The ability of this platform to add image and videos in the form is really good as it enhances the capability of task and effectiveness of the form. The On Platform Training is really good as it will enhance the productivity of this platform. I also love the reporting feature of this platform. The overall performance of this platform is really goood and reliable with affordable pricing.

**What do you dislike about ResponseSuite?**

I love most parts of this platform but I wish that there was an active AI in chat format which could assist in brainstorming and creation of basic form for the survey. I also have to admit that user with a little training in using this platform would be  very effective and efficient in using this platform. Other than this I wish that the sharing could be done directly form this platform to multiple other platform. I also hope that there are more readymade Templates.

This platform solves most of the survey problem right from branding, attractive forms, more features and reporting. This platform enables better opinion collection enabling to create a decision from the collected information. The ability to customize in this platform is really worth mentioning.

Responsesuit best thing is that it excels in creating and managing high-converting, interactive surveys and is also helpful in creating specifically lead generation form and audience engagement. Unlike other traditional tools in this competitive space, this platform focuses on lead conversion first experience, and also, this platform helps in building question flows, so the entire survey feels like a conversation rather than monotone.

This platform is more effectively focusing on marketing and lead generation use cases, but it's not much stronger for deep research and deeper enterprise-level analytics. And some advanced customisations and integration is bit limited compared to other platforms.

Responsesuite helps me by solving the problem of handling low engagement and non-engagement kind of survey which leads to a low conversion rate. Overall, this platform helps in having higher lead capture by generative interactive content. With the help of ResponseSuite's drag-and-drop survey builder, surveys of any complexity may be easily created. I can add questions, branching logic, and other features to our surveys.
I may use ResponseSuite to assist me in sending our surveys to our intended audience via email, social media, or our website. I can also see how many people click through and open our questionnaires.

**What do you dislike about ResponseSuite?**

Response times from ResponseSuite's customer service might be lengthy.
The mobile version of ResponseSuite's software is less intuitive than the desktop version.
 While some of its rivals provide more integrations, ResponseSuite does not.

The free version is useful for my basic needs of surveys to plan office parties, events, and meetings. It is also a good way to vote on certain ideas. I like this more than something like survey monkey.

**What do you dislike about ResponseSuite?**

I cannot think of any major dislikes. I understand that the free individual user version is limited, but we do not use surveys that much to justify doing a paid subscription.

We use it for basic needs of surveys to plan office parties, events, and meetings. It is also a good way to vote on certain ideas where input from everyone is valuable, but anonymized if needed.

I love the fact how easy Responsesuite is to use and how I can easily create simple survey forms for all my initiatives across channels and float it out and get the responses or my prospect and customers. Also designable thank you page makes it so much helpful for me.

The interface could me much cleaner and Also intergrations with other CRM tools to get the data on CRM and analytics of form submissions can be great. Otherwise it's already one of the best in business and has helped me immensly.

I am having alot of survey forms created and I can't handle it all on google forms and hence needed a platform and Responsesuite is that platform which helps me track my survey forms and has added a lot of productivity into my forms. It's has increased our conversions too.

Every marketing persons solution as it is easy to use and provide convenience in connecting with customers and prospects to get their fare opinion about the product or service.

Forms can be more elegant in designing and also reciever should not feel bored while filling the form so design and animations can be improved for the user.Also multiple forms creates lag which can be improved.

**What do you like best about ResponseSuite?**

I find this to be a very flexible tool with a lot of power hidden beneath the surface, that is there when you need it. On the whole I find it easy to use and it is definitely improving on a regular basis. There are a few quirks, and the odd thing that you'd think you could do, but can't, which can be a tad frustrating, but overall it works very much as I want it to.

**What do you dislike about ResponseSuite?**

I think the survey/quiz design is a little dated if I am honest and I think a bit more focus needs to go into making published surveys, forms and quizzes more mobile friendly. Don't get me wrong, they do work, but they could be a bit more elegant. But the good news it that ResponseSuite are already working on this (apparently) and I'm hoping they'll release an update very shortly that hits a home run as far as design is concerned.

**Recommendations to others considering ResponseSuite:**

Give it a good try as it really is a very credible survey tool, but it does a whole heap more than just surveys. It has some excellent quiz features that allows you to not just create powerful quizzes, but also to segment those completing it, which is something that isn't easily done in most survey tools. There is a lot to like about ResponseSuite. As I have acknowledged in my review, there are a few quirks, but overall it is a credible alternative to systems such as SurveyMonkey.

We've been putting together some pretty complex surveys and quizzes, plus a few forms for good measure. And as new features are being added I'm sure we will find additional uses for ResponseSuite.

**What do you like best about ResponseSuite?**

What I like best is how I can add conditional elements to the thank you pages based on what the user says in the survey.

Depending on what someone says or selects in the survey, I can show different images, text, or append different values via URL parameters. We use that to customize the user's experience and help us get some valuable data on them. For example, you can make a Facebook audience that looks for a particular URL parameter that you place in the URL depending on their answer to specific questions. Then, we can retarget them with specific messages.

**What do you dislike about ResponseSuite?**

I wish the interface were cleaner and more modern in both the backend and the final survey. It feels more like Google Forms than Typeform. I really appeciate a beautiful product, and when it comes to ResponseSuite, it's more a utilitarian product for us. It gets the job done. It's a bit clunky, and I wish they'd come out with some new theming options, but we make do with what's there.

I think people looking to get responsesuite should check it out, but also a few other survey/quiz products.

We are gathering information from current customers and students as well as prospective customers using surveys and quizzes. It's been a good tool for testing ideas before we create products and efficiently gathering info from partners and customers to help us run our business.

Very easy drag and drop editor to choose multiple question types.  I also like the "human readable" URL link.  This makes it easy to share and post the survey to multiple channels.

**What do you dislike about ResponseSuite?**

End user forms for completing surveys are pretty vanilla and it isn't great on mobile.  UI for using the tool is pretty old fashioned.  It could use a UX refresh.

Doing simple marketing campaigns and proactive outreach.  It has been easy for us.  I'm looking to get more feedback from our customers.  It has done a good job for this basic need.

The best thing is about the survey system. You can easily create a survey in order to get feedback from customers and improve it within different quarters of the company.

The fee is a bit high if we compare it with SurveyMonkey and considering the fact that it has not a lot of features. Especially the XYZ is missing.

Survey generating function is easy and we can conduct many types of servers like for internal purpose and for customers too.

It sometimes gets hanged then I have to recreate or refill the whole survey. that's the most significant disadvantage of it.

Responsesuite while it is great survey response tool it doesn't has some down sides as I have noticed the lack of an accurate response and the feedback of the responses can create issues when looking over your responses.

I love the fact that it is easy to use, I can make it work with any email CRM, and it gives you options that many other survey software do not offer. They are always coming out with new features and it works every time. Their training in the portal is very easy to follow. ResponseSuite is so easy to use, you can pick it up without needing to watch the videos so the learning curve is small. Their support is second to none. They are very responsive and you can tell that they care a lot about their customers and their software.

**What do you dislike about ResponseSuite?**

The prices are kinda high but really worth it. Maybe offering some plan for colleges would be pretty nice.
I don't think there are other things to highlight, 

**What problems is ResponseSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes your marketing life easier, no need to have programming knowledge. No need to pay a programmer to solve the task of creating surveys, I can do it myself!
