I find this to be a very flexible tool with a lot of power hidden beneath the surface, that is there when you need it. On the whole I find it easy to use and it is definitely improving on a regular basis. There are a few quirks, and the odd thing that you'd think you could do, but can't, which can be a tad frustrating, but overall it works very much as I want it to. I think the survey/quiz design is a little dated if I am honest and I think a bit more focus needs to go into making published surveys, forms and quizzes more mobile friendly. Don't get me wrong, they do work, but they could be a bit more elegant. But the good news it that ResponseSuite are already working on this (apparently) and I'm hoping they'll release an update very shortly that hits a home run as far as design is concerned. The prices are kinda high but really worth it. Maybe offering some plan for colleges would be pretty nice.
