## About ResourceRouter
ResourceRouter, developed by SoundThinking, is a patrol management software designed to enhance law enforcement operations through data-driven insights. It helps guide officers to high-priority areas, making communities safer and more efficient. Officers can access real-time information, like building codes or areas with high gang activity, directly on their mobile devices. This tool has proven especially valuable for departments working with limited staffing, allowing them to operate more effectively.

**What do you like best about ResourceRouter?**

I LOVE the predictive capabilities of the software.

**What do you dislike about ResourceRouter?**

The price is a bit steep, which excludes some smaller agencies and also limits how many features the larger agencies actually purchase.

**Recommendations to others considering ResourceRouter:**

HunchLab's products and services are extremely useful in just about any scenario. Predictive Missions, Advisor, Sidekick, and Dashboard are all handy things to have. The predictive policing software is the new thing these days and all large police agencies are using it to help combat crime, rather than traditional reactive policing.

**What problems is ResourceRouter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My agency primarily uses the software for tracking and predictive crime, including auto burglary, residential burglary, and auto theft activity. The statistical profiling capabilities of the software are particularly handy, since an analyst has many other things to do and cannot always review historical data.
