Resonate AI Dental Receptionist Reviews & Product Details

Resonate AI is an AI dental receptionist for dental practices and DSOs - one receptionist covering every channel patients use to reach a practice. It answers inbound calls, texts back missed callers within seconds, handles website chat, and reaches out to patients due for recall to fill open schedule gaps. Conversations run in natural language, not scripted menus or phone trees. Appointments are booked directly into the practice management system; when a conversation needs human judgment, it hands off to the practice team with everything the patient already said. Practice Intelligence, the reporting layer, shows every call, what happened next, and what it turned into - by hour and by location, across the group. It works 24/7, through the lunch rush and the Monday-morning voicemail pile. The Resonate team handles setup end to end, typically with minimal IT involvement, and patient communication is HIPAA-compliant and built for healthcare environments. Clients range from single-location pediatric practices to multi-location DSOs.
