This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2024 **What do you like best about ResellerClub?** Their cheaper price for hosting was something that really attracted me as they were giving more ram and processors for 50% cheaper as compare to market. **What do you dislike about ResellerClub?** Lured by their cheaper price i used the servivce only to regret it later as i had to compromise on my website's speed and 80 % of the time website server used to show 400 server error and their customer support was not able to solve it for 2 months and after creating multiple tickets i gave up and shifted to hostinger for a peaceful hosting expreience the price was little extra but now i understand a little bit extra is ok for better performance and support **What problems is ResellerClub solving and how is that benefiting you?** its not solving any problem for me now as it shifted to hostinger due to bad experice with resellerclub ### 3. Anyone will buy their hosting will cry later. Their hosting is the worst in the market I've ever used. Not recommended at all. **What do you dislike about ResellerClub?** The worst hosting provider company and their support are worse than their services. Their server is always down for hours. If you are searching for a reliable hosting provider, please please don't consider ResellerClub. They will never provide you support. You need to wait for hours to join support and in the last, they will show you this message "No agents are available. We can't chat right now. Try again later." For one month there will be no issue, the server will work very fine but just after 30 days, your site/s will be down for hours weekly, sometimes every alternate day. I'm adding all the evidence here just see my screenshots. So, if you are reading this review, please do not buy any hosting plan from ResellerClub. This is really awesome for reselling business. There are some things I liked about Reseller Club, those are:

1. Easy account creation and starting a reselling business with no hard processes. Anyone can start a reselling business from here easily. Quite easy to start.

2. Customer service is excellent. They even call you directly, even if you are not in their country.

3. The domain prices are comparatively cheaper than others.

4. There are always some offers which are very interesting and impressive.

5. There are many options for hosting resellers, with multiple companies available for customers to choose from according to their needs.

6. Their reselling dashboard is very informative and has been improved recently with the introduction of the web pro panel, although you can switch to the old dashboard easily.

7. DNS management feature.

8. Balance and invoice management, billing notifications via email.

9. The profit margin feature is very good and dynamic.

10. We can create a free business site/shop from their panel to sell products and show packages to customers. **What do you dislike about ResellerClub?** When we want to add funds to our account balance, it uses a third-party payment gateway. The payment gateway looks quite cheap and it takes too many charges to add balance. **Recommendations to others considering ResellerClub:** This is recommended to all who want to resell domains and hosting for both large and small businesses. **What problems is ResellerClub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sell domains and resell hosting to our clients. ### 6.
