**What do you like best about RepVue?**

RepVue's accuracy is simply unmatched and was the most influential help for me when searching for a job in sales. Additionally, I knew I was getting the most money I was qualified for based on my position and location.

**What do you dislike about RepVue?**

Nothing-- everything about RepVue was accurate and helped me find the best job for me

**Recommendations to others considering RepVue:**

Utilize RepVue during your job search, you won't be disappointed

**What problems is RepVue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to find the best-paying sales jobs that are the perfect fit for my experience and skillset. Overall, the website does a really great job letting you know what kind of sales opportunites are out there, how much you SHOULD be getting paid for your role/location, and grants the job seeker flexibility in what can be a stressful time.

**What do you like best about RepVue?**

I love the transparency and pipeline to hot recruitments.

**What do you dislike about RepVue?**

Everything was good. Nothing was bad at all in my opinion.

**What problems is RepVue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a higher paying job that was remote and had a great company culture. I got a new job within 2 weeks of reaching out that gave me a huge signing bonus on a great team with tremendous upward mobility.

**What do you like best about RepVue?**

Before RepVue it was a lie detection test in the interview. Now we have RepVue to provide the best info on sales orgs!

**What do you dislike about RepVue?**

You get kicked off after a certain amount of time and I was in between jobs and really wanted access.

**What problems is RepVue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I understand the landscape better and now do not go after companies that are not the best fit for me from $$, culture, etc.

**What do you like best about RepVue?**

As a sales rep that just changed organizations, it was such a difficult decision...RepVue helps give so much more power to the sales rep when interviewing other sales orgs. You can feel more confident in your decision around accepting a job.  RepVue provides sales reps with valuable questions to ask your future employer so that reps can weed out "too good to be true" opportunities and truly decide if it is a good fit.

**What do you dislike about RepVue?**

As a reviewer (sales rep), sometimes I felt like I was guessing/giving broad estimations. I wasn't privvy to exactly how much our top earner made, or exactly what percent of team hit quota.

It would be nice to see some sort of SMB/start-up version of RepVue. Maybe not on a company-level, but can you capture data from sales reps that work at smaller orgs and provide trends/overall guidance on what to look out for when it comes to deciding on a job at a <100 person company / start up.

**Recommendations to others considering RepVue:**

Even if you are not interviewing at a company with RepVue reviews, use this data to ask questions to your interviewer/hiring manager because it will help you make a confident and informed career decision.

**What problems is RepVue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RepVue helps put quota attainment, OTE, and overall employer branding into perspective. You always had to go off of what the recruiter or hiring managers were telling you in the interview process, and Glassdoor would only show you fake reviews or extremely disgruntled reviews. Having such sales-specific data helps sales reps make an informed decision, and it can help impact them financially and emotionally.

**What do you like best about RepVue?**

RepVue has filled the void that I have been looking for over many years in seeking more transparency with sales compensation. Knowing how likely you are to attain the OTE that is described to you by a recruiter or hiring manager is HUGE! I don't feel confident in considering new rolls now unless the company is on RepVue.

**What do you dislike about RepVue?**

Looking forward to additional data points such as info on management roles, average quota to attain OTE, average time it takes to ramp, how often you get paid out on commission and what is your commission/bonus based on. Also, what is the average deal size and correlation to win ratio (are we looking at 20 average deals at $10k over a month or 2 deals at $200k over 6 months).

**What problems is RepVue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RepVue enables me to gain significant insight into total sales compensation from base to average OTE to top potential. Additionally, I can gain insight into company culture, product market fit, inbound lead quality and other important metrics to determine quality in the company and product you are looking into.

It needs more reviews, but it is coming.

**What problems is RepVue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interview strategies, relevant data to look at, better questions to ask. This platform has given me knowledge and confidence going into an interview process that I did not have before. There is always relevant content to view posted. Excited to see where they go in the future, but this is an absolute must use platform for any sales professional looking to make a move.

**What do you like best about RepVue?**

It gives you a true OTE, and general quota attaianment information on companies that I've found to be very accurate.
Glassdoor doesn't give a true OTE or idea of how many people are hitting quota, so it has a considerable advantage over GD.

**What do you dislike about RepVue?**

I wish there were more company insights, but that will come with time as the platform grows.
It already has a ton.

**What problems is RepVue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently looking in making a carrer change and RepVue's information is helping me decide which companies to steer my efforts towards.

When a company is small, there isn't enough data for a rating.  And I appreciate the value of waiting.

I'm actively interviewing.  RepVue helps me build my target list of companies that meet my criteria.

**What do you like best about RepVue?**

The data is crowdsourced from people that actually worked in the exact role at the company. HR is inflating stats, there is real transparent info on base pay and commission, culture, and development.

**What do you dislike about RepVue?**

Employers have to pay to get on the site so they're holding back some good opportunities from the community

**What problems is RepVue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can compare my salary offers with similar companies and similar roles to know if my offer is fair. Also great for job prospecting and recruitment.
