The agentic AI feature scout is fantastic for guiding me when I move to a new state to identify the best targets. The user experience is another highlight for me. RepPrep handles all my administrative tasks, tells me who to target, and even plans my whole day. I find it way more advanced than AcuityMD, with better and more accurate data, and features tailored toward field reps. The VoiceScout agent is a standout feature, assisting me by letting me practice sales calls beforehand, prepping me for any questions or objections from physicians. Its coverage is amazing, providing contact information for physicians, and the social media scraper is impressively useful as well. The setup process was also straightforward, taking only about an hour, and I find the software very intuitive. Integrated with Salesforce and Power BI, RepPrep provides a perfect collaborative team environment for us as a company of about 45 people. **What do you dislike about RepPrep.ai?** That it didn’t exist when I started my career **What problems is RepPrep.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** RepPrep updates datasets monthly, guiding me to the best targets and how to sell in any state. The AI assistant, Scout, formulates a plan with me. Scout allows me to ask it questions and narrow down the focus, whether by geography or a particular group of surgeons by brand. It's by and large the best feature. I also found the initial setup to be very easy, probably the simplest transition ever. Efficiency for my team has accelerated dramatically, allowing us to focus our efforts more effectively. **What do you dislike about RepPrep.ai?** Nothing to date. **What problems is RepPrep.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** RepPrep.ai lets me create real-time business strategies using up-to-date CPT data, guiding resource utilization and geographical focus down to ZIP codes.
