The overall UI is straightforward, and it genuinely saves time when you’re setting everything up. Ideally, you want it set up as soon as you upload a reel, so it feels fast and efficient in that context. **What do you dislike about ReplyRush?** So far, I haven’t come across any feature that I don’t like. That said, it would be great if the free version included an option to automatically reply to comments. **What problems is ReplyRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we create content related to recipes, sending detailed recipes to people who interact with us is extremely important, and our overall engagement depends on it. With Auto DMs, Reply Rush has made it much simpler to manage this entire engagement loop. ### 2. The DM automation saves me a significant amount of time, work, and energy, especially when I’m handling a high volume of comments and messages. Being able to automatically send specific links via DM for different posts has made my workflow much more efficient. I also really appreciate the ability to connect Facebook and Instagram and manage the automation in one place. It has helped me handle leads and customer conversations much more consistently without having to do everything manually. **What do you dislike about ReplyRush?** The plan should renew on the 1st of each month, not when the credits run out. **What problems is ReplyRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time, work, and energy. ### 3. It offers many of the same features and, honestly, it does everything I need it to do. I’ve never had any issues with it carrying out the functions it promises. It's easy to use, easy to integrate with my social media accounts, and I was able to get started really quickly. I think I contacted support once and they were super responsive (it turned out to be me overlooking things that were right in front of me, but they were super nice about it)! **What do you dislike about ReplyRush?** No issues really. Obviously we all wish that there was more included in the free tier of every platform, but that's not really a complaint. They are quite generous I think. **What problems is ReplyRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's doing the job of automating replies to comments to get people lead magnets. And it's doing it well. Increases social media engagement & gets leads into my business. Everything working as it should. ### 4.
