## Replit Reviews
 ### 1. Efficient for MVPs, but Pricing Concerns

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I like using Replit for building AI-based SaaS applications and appreciate its ability for fast shipping of MVP products. I find its logic understanding and code optimization quite impressive. I'm also pleased with its integration with third-party services like Twilio, SendGrid, and Stripe. Moreover, the initial setup for my projects was easy.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I find the pricing so high that individual users can't afford it, and sometimes it takes a lot of credit to resolve a single issue. Pricing should be minimal if there are low changes, and if work is not done on that prompt, then the price should not be charged.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit for fast shipping of MVP and SaaS products, benefiting from its logic understanding and code optimization.

 ### 2. Valuable AI Support but at a High Cost

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhruv S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I really like the prompt AI support that Replit provides and the AI-backed environment that doesn't let a problem happen. It makes the AI environment much easier for me, and I can write code efficiently, host, and find problems without difficulty. The environment provided by Replit helps me out in production-grade and enterprise-grade engineering.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

The AI agent is very, very expensive according to me. And I think that could be improved because a lot of users even on various social media platforms like Reddit, have been complaining that the AI agent is very expensive.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit for software development as it makes the AI environment easier, allowing me to write code efficiently, find problems without difficulty, and be effective in production and enterprise-grade engineering.

 ### 3. Replit Experience from an ex-software engineer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfred W. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

Easy to use and setup, can deploy easily with database, backend admin function, etc

can come up with webpage layout design as well

easy to connect to other API (I was using other image generation AI tools)

just a lot easier to type and modify on my own (compared to asking developers to make what I want)

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Sometimes debugging a bug can take a long time, and it might not fix it all the time. And could end up costing quite a bit of money

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted some tool to assist my daily work (in this case, generating lots of AI images and selecting the suitable ones). In less than a week i got the tool I needed (and it would probably take a least a month for a developer to understand my need, design UI, researching different API, and lots of communication time)

 ### 4. Easy and Efficient Coding Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iti V. | Recruitment Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

Its easy-to-use cloud-based coding environment that lets me write, run, and collaborate on code from anywhere without complex setup.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Occasional performance lag and some advanced features require a paid subscription.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit simplifies coding by providing an online development environment, helping me build, test, and collaborate on projects quickly without needing local setup.

 ### 5. A good tool for building webapps, but expensive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed Valiullah H. | Lead designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

1. The agent is quite intuitive at understanding your requests. I found the adherence to my prompts slightly better than other tools.
2. It can handle complexity better and also gives you options on uploading files on the fly.
3. You have clear access to code files and can download them for your own use.
4. The UI is set up quite well, and their mobile app access is definitely helpful for making edits on the fly.
5. Integrations with GitHub and Google drive are relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

1. The pricing is quite expensive. Sometimes, the agent can miscalculate the usage based on your request and charge you more to make changes to your app.
2. While better than most AI agents, their agent still hallucinates with additional prompts. This can cause frustration since you are being charged for work which has not resulted in any concrete output.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Replit to build an interactive carbon credit dashboard solution for a client from scratch, without a single line of code written by us. It can be an excellent tool for data visualisations and creating digital experiences for clients and in-house teams.

 ### 6. Fast Development, Needs Better User Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I like being able to see the website being built in front of me. Not having to go back and forth with a web developer just to get something done.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I find it tricky to have users on an app and continue to push updates without breaking anything. I had an issue remixing an app where the database wasn't connected properly, and that was confusing. I didn't like how I could only invite three people because I was creating a lot of different apps, and I wanted to have at least one or two people on each. Upgrading to the Teams platform is kind of a nonstarter because I have to pay for every single person. So I upgraded to Teams and then realized I'm not gonna invite all my team and pay that much money for each of them to be on it.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit helps me build websites and apps faster and see the progress without hiring an engineer.

 ### 7. A powerfule and accesible platform for modern developers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis G. | Front end developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I love its simplicity and how everything works right out of the box. It’s the best money I’ve ever invested in a coding platform. Replit makes it incredibly easy to build, test, and deploy projects without needing complex setups — it’s perfect for both rapid prototyping and serious development.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Sometimes the performance can be slower with large projects, and the storage or credit limits can become restrictive for advanced use. Also, installing some heavy Python packages occasionally takes extra effort.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit helps me save a huge amount of time when developing and testing code. I can quickly prototype, deploy, and integrate AI-based tools without setting up a local environment. It simplifies collaboration, speeds up iteration, and lets me focus on building instead of configuring servers or dependencies.

 ### 8. Replit for Agentic development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anibal B. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I love it is easy to use, so I can finally start the business I always dreamed about but couldn't because my dev skills are not good enough. I have been using Replit AI Agent for over a year and built tons of apps and website. Most of my effort using the agent has gone into developing an app for trading locally including management of consignment stores, auctions, vouchers, and soon implementing bartering. I would have never dreamed about doing this without a team of developers. I also love that I can do everything from Replit, going from planning the app, to prototyping, to deploying it and having it as a live app on the web without having to interface services from different providers. Something to highlight as well is customer support, as they have always answered in a timely manner when I had questions.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

The price. It was very affordable at the beginning, but the price to do similar tasks has been increasing significantly lately, especially with Agent 3. Also, it would be great to have a Discord chat for the community so we can help each other. I heard there used be one. I am not sure why it is gone, but I think it should come back. I know there is a community forum, but it is not as easy to navigate and have meaningful conversations with peers as in Discord.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can finally start a company I had been dreaming about but didn't have the technical skills to perform. I have built a fully functional app for my business with Replit and I have my first users testing it and helping me refine it.

 ### 9. Effortless Prototyping, Ideal for Quick Collaborations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivek S. | Sales Head, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I like Replit for its instant browser-based coding and execution, which it provides without any local setup. It's great for quick prototyping, testing ideas, and collaborative coding, allowing me to accelerate experimentation and validations before moving code into a full production environment. I also find it easy to share and collaborate in real-time, making it ideal for quick POCs, demos, and experimentations without any onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

One of the areas that could be improved is scalability for larger end production grade projects. While it is good, even excellent for prototyping and collaboration, complex applications sometimes require more control over infrastructure, dependencies, and environment customization.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit for quick prototyping and collaborative coding. It lets me write, run, and debug code in the browser without local setup, accelerating experimentation and validation. I love the instant, browser-based coding and the ease of real-time collaboration.

 ### 10. I love replit, and i am dreaming working with them to contribute in building this amazing product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmed E. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I love what this team had built, i built +15 Product using replit , i got money from these products, actually some products are built to other founders. the product is truely amazing , i really love it , want to use it forever, they are always surprising me by thier updates, they saw a pain in testing flow, agent 3 is solved the pain , they saw an issue because of the single database , they built dev , and prod databased, they saw a pain in colors and themes , they solved by customized themes. they iterate fast, building fast , and listen to us as customers. thank you guys

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I donot like the agent to do stuff that i didnot ask about it , for example, i asked to add a feature , but the agent started to fix security issues before starting implemation of the feature, i donot like this because it consumes from my credit

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love building products that solve people pains. before replit , i always had hypothesises , but need validation , and for this validation , i was interviewing people, without actual real products because to build an mvp , it will require time and money, but now i am building the entire app in 2 hours

 ### 11. Solid Full-Stack Solution with Truly On-Point Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elias R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

The full stack is solid, and the customer service is truly on point!

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

The interface changed without any notice, but it was still fairly easy to adapt to. I’d appreciate more of a heads-up in the future.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web apps that push the cutting edge and use technology to build on my knowledge.

 ### 12. Revolutionized My App Development with Unmatched Speed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I absolutely love using Replit for building my React Native app. The speed of development it offers is outstanding, quickly transforming my ideas into functional components, and it ensures high accuracy in executing my prompts. One of the most impressive features is chatting with the AI agent, which is incredibly thorough. The interaction is fascinating, especially when it hands off code to specialized agents like a systems architect agent for review. These specialized agents provide a sense of thoroughness and precision and are invaluable as they identify areas for potential improvement and suggest enhancements. Starting with Replit was super easy, which expedited my development process. Altogether, Replit's unique blend of speed, accuracy, and intelligent agent engagement makes it an indispensable tool for my projects, so much so that I'd rate my likelihood to recommend it at an 11 out of 10!

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I've noticed the app doesn't always start up properly, but that is easy to work around by reloading it.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit accelerates my development speed and ensures accuracy, offering thorough review and improvement suggestions through specialized agents.

 ### 13. Frustrating Experience with Poor Customer Support

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MasterDonalson .

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I found Replit to be extremely user-friendly, which was very helpful given my lack of prior coding knowledge. It allowed me to create an app specific to my needs without having a background in coding, which I found to be incredibly valuable. Initially, the setup was easy and the interface intuitive, requiring only a small adjustment period.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I dislike how Replit's updates have greatly increased data usage, making it inefficient for me. One particular update made my app completely unusable and Replit did not help resolve this issue, even after I used many months worth of credits trying to fix it. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and I received no support in getting my app back online. Given the time and money I spent creating it, this was very disappointing. Additionally, I had to end my subscription prematurely because the service was just so bad. The lack of reliability has made me unable to trust Replit for future projects.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit helps me create apps specific to my needs without prior coding knowledge, thanks to its user-friendly interface.

 ### 14. Powerful yet easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald T. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

This tool is extremely easy to use, and it allows me to generate apps in just a few hours—something that would have taken me months to accomplish otherwise. The speed and simplicity are truly impressive. I can turn my thoughts into apps with a few prompts.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I used my credits of my first months in 3 days. I did not have the concept of the tokens and credit before as this was my first paid AI app I use. Also loading into apps cost processing power which also means credit used as well.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly cost. If I have to hire someone local to write apps for me it will cost over 10x to 20x time at least.

 ### 15. Streamlined Workflow, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I use Replit for websites and applications, and it makes the workflow a lot quicker. It gives me great ideas and is very user-friendly, which I appreciate. The software is excellent, making it easier and quicker to accomplish my ideas accurately. The initial setup was extremely easy, which is a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

What could be improved is the agents' efficiency in working out issues. The issues could be a lot better.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit makes my workflow quicker and helps me generate great ideas. It's easy to use and user-friendly. Additionally, it allows me to accomplish my ideas accurately and faster.

 ### 16. Perfect for Non-Techies with Built-In Solutions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atlas V.

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I love how Replit is incredibly user-friendly, making it ideal for someone like me who doesn't have a technical background in coding. Its ease of use allows me to build apps and static websites without hassle. The platform's integrations and built-in features, such as database and authentication support, simplify complex processes that are typically more challenging in other IDE solutions like Cursor or Windsurf. Replit is also generally reliable. I appreciate how it acts as a strong starting point for brainstorming and visualizing business ideas, facilitating insight into potential operations and functionality. The seamless transition from Lovable to Replit was smooth, reflecting Replit’s comprehensive and innovative approach. I am impressed with the team's sharpness and speed in updating the platform to stay in line with current technological advancements. Furthermore, the smooth and easy initial setup further reinforces my positive experience with Replit.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I find the pricing structure generally problematic, which could be a point of improvement for Replit. Additionally, hallucinations are an issue, though this might not be a problem specific to Replit but rather inherent to large language models (LLMs). However, there is a need for token optimization to address these issues, such as improving context window optimizations and enhancing tool calling to reduce token usage. This is something Replit should keep a watch on.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Replit incredibly helpful as a non-technical person due to its ease of use, built-in features, and seamless integrations. It simplifies app building without manual technical setups and lets me quickly visualize business ideas.

 ### 17. Multi-Agent Collaboration Made Simple with Replit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I like how Replit acts as my technology full stack, making it easy to cover different aspects of development from design to QA. I also enjoy the multi-agents working together at the same time, allowing a smooth handover from the designer to the architect, to the developer, and finally to QA, closing the whole cycle. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Deployment. Replit must give a better options for creating deployment pipelines

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit acts as my technology full stack. I like that it allows multi-agent collaboration, covering the entire development cycle from designer to architect to developer and QA.

 ### 18. Effortless, Innovative, and Highly Recommendable

I find Replit incredibly easy to use, to the point where even a child could navigate the setup process without any issues. This ease of use is something I truly appreciate, as it simplifies what could otherwise be a daunting experience. I also love how innovative Replit is, particularly with its agents feature which significantly reduces the workload and removes a lot of complexity from the process. It's fantastic that Replit provides me with inspiration and ideas for app creation while integrating seamlessly with platforms like Stripe, Google, Amazon, and eBay. Additionally, using Replit with Claw Code has proven to be highly beneficial, streamlining my coding process and making my tasks much more manageable.

The only thing is it can be very expensive depending on what agent you use

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit for creating apps, integrating software with platforms like Stripe and Google, and reducing workload with ease of use.

 ### 19. Innovative AI, Needs Stronger Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LaShon S. | Voice Over Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I like the extra tools and ongoing development that Replit offers. The AI helper inside Replit is valuable, as it seems to know what I need even if my prompting isn't perfect. It can assist me with tasks like crafting an intelligent email and asks questions to clarify my needs. The fact that the AI tools are free is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Customer support was a problem for me. Quin, who was supposedly an AI agent, was terrible.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit gives me a platform to create systems that work for me and includes extra tools and ongoing development. The AI helper seems to know what I need, even with my prompts, helping with intelligent tasks like email creation.

 ### 20. Powerful AI Agent and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesús P. | Regional Accounting Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I really like Replit's artificial intelligence agent because it is very powerful and easy to use. The prompts are understood very well by the system, and regardless of the prompt you input, it makes more interesting suggestions about the code being developed. Additionally, the initial setup of Replit was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

The plans are a bit limited

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit to create internal applications when the ERP has limitations. Replit helps with integrations without support from the engineering department.

 ### 21. Effortless Coding with Comprehensive AI Assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shailesh s. | we developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I love using Replit because it provides a surf-based AI that significantly enhances my ability to develop programs effortlessly. The platform is intuitive and allows me to create market-level applications and websites with ease. It's particularly beneficial for those with basic coding knowledge who are looking to enter the marketplace. The capability to store code online is a huge advantage, as it also provides options for publishing the code. Overall, Replit is a very good platform that makes complex problems easier to handle, supports the creation of detailed documentation, and simplifies the entire development process. Its user-friendly interface and functionalities make it extremely valuable, allowing for quick and efficient coding and development work.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I find the requirement to use a third-party database connection with Replit undesirable, as it complicates app development workflows. Furthermore, I believe that the free version of Replit's AI features is too limited. Extending the availability of these features would allow users to become more accustomed to the platform before committing financially.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit to solve complex problems easily and manage errors, while it also helps create documentation and replicate solutions efficiently. It's a great platform for developing websites and applications, providing a seamless way to make market-level apps.

 ### 22. Efficient Website Creation with AI-Powered Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** YASSINE E. | SOMADSI — Stagiaire Développeur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I like the power of AI and how it's used by the Replit agent, which saves time for me and helps get the work done fast. The ease of setup is as simple as drinking water, and I also find the plan mode to be on another level.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

The cost is very high

Replit helps me with development and time-related issues, saving time and speeding up work with its AI-powered features.

 ### 23. Replit Builds What I Ask Quickly and Easily

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kam Seng L. | Field Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

Replit has really helped me a lot. I can simply tell Replit what I want, and then it develops and builds it for me.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Sometimes it charged me extra credit, and it also takes too long for a single process.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me develop my system and databases using an API.

 ### 24. Wanted to build a quick portfolio, learned web dev along the way

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kane O. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

Design mode is so good at making great interfaces. The agent is constantly improving and new features are being added constantly based on community feedback which is really important.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Can be expensive when chasing bugs or running in ai circles about implementing something correctly. The biggest issue I had was payment integration but they just rolled out a stripe addon that makes it much easier.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Idea to live website in minutes, its actually crazy. Once I learned how to deploy static html sites ive built 15 and purchased several domains. Ive learned so much about coding while building apps and debugging the AI issues too.

 ### 25. Replit has revolutionized the way I think as a software Engineering manager!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhijith C. | Group manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

By far, Replit is the easiest Coding agent out there comparing with Lovable, Bolt and a zillion other tools. I love everything about it. They have followed the principle of "Keep it simple and stupid" and it works so well.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

The only downside is me running out of credits every month! Initially in 2024, it had a few hiccups but most of them are resolved in 2025.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a software engineering manager primarily handling a UI/UX team, I have to come up with quick designs that will help my team get on with the project as quickly as possible. Before the Replit era, I used to create my designs manually in Figma. The work that took me a day or two in Figma now takes 10-15 minutes using Replit and that too with better designs and UX ideas with the help of Replit Agent.

 ### 26. Empowers Users with Easy Development and Versatility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey M. Z.

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I find Replit incredibly valuable when it comes to solving efficiency and workflow problems that I encounter with other software platforms. The platform's capabilities allow me to build and manage applications seamlessly, particularly for events that require payment management, saving me from relying on multiple solutions. The experience of working with the agent is also straightforward and allows for fixing and improving projects with ease. Additionally, I appreciate the flexibility of controlling the speed of the agent, providing versatility whether I want more control or prefer to leave tasks to AI. Replit's consistent updates are another aspect I value, as they make continual improvements, ensuring the platform remains effective. The initial setup was very easy, making it accessible and user-friendly from the start. Overall, I am highly satisfied with Replit, as reflected by my likelihood to recommend it, scoring it a perfect 10 out of 10.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit enables me to rapidly prototype software with solid functional code and appealing UI without needing expert coding skills in a specific language. It speeds up app development, and the quality, speed, and architecture reviews are impressive.

 ### 28. Great for Quick Web Design, A Bit Pricey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CHAO X.

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I appreciate how Replit provides a solid foundation very quickly, which is fantastic for someone like me who lacks a deep understanding of computer science. This speed and efficiency allow me to present my ideas to venture capitalists and share them with friends promptly. It gives me confidence and readiness to involve others in my project without needing a technical background. Additionally, I find Replit's initial setup to be straightforward and effective, with its simplicity making it easy for me to get started on projects without much hassle. Overall, Replit serves as an excellent tool that helps me quickly bring my ideas to life and share them with potential collaborators, making it invaluable for my work on web development related to Web3 and NFT topics.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I find Replit to be somewhat expensive. Additionally, it sometimes doesn't fully understand my requirements, which can be frustrating. There are moments when progressing to the next step is cumbersome, making me feel like I'm looping around the same task repeatedly, which wastes both my time and money. Moreover, while Replit works well for smaller projects, I have concerns about its capability to handle scaling or bigger companies as it feels more like a service suited to small-scale operations.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit to quickly design my website without a strong background in computer science. It provides an affordable, fast foundation and helps me present my ideas to friends and potential investors efficiently.

 ### 29. User-Friendly Even for Non-Coders, But Needs More Cost Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I appreciate how Replit has improved over time, notably by reducing the bugs that required spending a lot of credits to fix. This advancement signifies a smoother experience and cost efficiency in using the platform. I am especially fond of the thinking mode versus building mode, which clarifies the token usage for me. When the app is constructing something, it indicates what is actually being done thus enhancing my understanding of the operations. Furthermore, I find the transparency of the tokens extremely beneficial. The ability to go to replit.com/usage and check the credits or money spent for each prompt aids in managing the costs effectively, which is a transparency feature I highly value.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I think currently, Replit does not have the feature where each prompt's cost is shown. I believe Warp has that capability, and I haven't seen it implemented yet on Replit. Additionally, having a feature to refactor code with some guided assistance, possibly including a human-in-the-loop system, would be beneficial for a non-coder like me. Furthermore, I wish importing files could be done at a lower cost so that using Replit on an existing code base wouldn't be as expensive for me.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit to build applications as a non-technical person. It automates tech stack decisions, simplifies prototype creation, and gives useful task execution insights, which helps me understand and learn the technical aspects.

It's also awesome to be able to use it on web, desktop, and mobile.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I dislike the capability issues with squashing bugs as well as the lack of transparency regarding credit usage in Replit. It appears that the agent uses credits quickly, which makes balancing its powerful functionalities with cost management challenging.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit enables me to code applications without prior programming experience, offers a powerful and intuitive interface, and allows real-time change previews, enhancing my development process without needing extra tools.

 ### 31. Effortless Website Prototyping with Replit

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Estève P. | Communication Anthropologist & Co-founder

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I love Replit's no-code interface, which provides the flexibility to use natural language across different features, whether technical or less technical, making it powerful for idea generation from conversations and quality prompts. This tool is incredibly quick for crafting landing pages and mock-ups, allowing me to share visual ideas with my team efficiently. When designing basic websites for showcasing product ideas, its speed and ease of styling control over content and design simultaneously are remarkable. The ability to prompt and integrate with powerful agentic AI tools for building web designs makes it highly beneficial. Additionally, the ease of initial setup is a standout, attracting me to its seamless functionality and making it one of the easiest platforms for me to get started with. Overall, compared to other platforms I have tried like HubSpot, Wordpress + plugins and Squarespace, Replit is by far the best due to these compelling features and advantages.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Sharing the work in Replit could be improved, with better options for team-sharing even if they don't have a Replit account. Also, I think the web domain hosting feature could be improved. It seems not to offer enough guidance for those unfamiliar with changing DNS settings, which is important for setting up a website. The propagation of DNS server settings, which can take 24 to 48 hours, is particularly challenging and time-consuming. Better support and more intuitive handling of this aspect would add significant value, especially for users who are not so familiar with these technicalities.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Replit helps quickly create landing pages and mockups to effectively showcase new product ideas, simplifying web design and allowing control over styling and content.

Scam Disguised as a Service – Hidden Fees and Endless Frustration

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to share my disastrous experience with Replit to prevent others from going through the same nightmare.

My project started promisingly but quickly turned into a complete disaster, ending with the total abandonment of the project due to Replit’s incompetence and abusive business practices.

1. Deliberate blocking and client retention tactics

After deciding to migrate my project to Google Cloud, Replit blocked the authentication process for 10 full days without any valid reason. This deliberate stalling appears to be a tactic to prevent customers from leaving the platform, effectively trapping them into staying for hosting and backend services.

2. Hidden dependencies and abusive charges

To try to escape this lock-in, I had to pay over $1,600. Later, because of hidden dependencies tied to Replit’s system, I was forced to pay another $600 just to return — yet the issue remained unresolved.
Even one of their own agents (Agent 3) admitted that these charges were “abusive” and abnormal.

3. Unauthorized billed services

The same agent confirmed that Replit was running servers in the background without the customer’s knowledge, generating unauthorized charges. Such behavior is unacceptable and unethical.

4. Incompetent and exhausting support

Although polite, their support team is untrained and ineffective. One of their agents (Agent 4) lacked technical understanding and short-term memory, forcing me to repeat the same explanations for hours.
After 10 exhausting days of circular conversations, I was left mentally drained and sleep-deprived — with no progress at all.

🔚 Conclusion

Replit gives the illusion of a modern, flexible platform, but behind the glossy interface lies a closed, overpriced, and mentally draining system.
My project was completely abandoned after spending over $2,600 and wasting valuable time.
I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank, as the promised service was never delivered.

💬 In short: Replit promises speed and simplicity, but delivers frustration, stress, and financial loss.
Avoid this modern scam at all costs before you lose your time, money, and peace of mind.

 ### 34. Powerful AI Integration, but Limited by Daily Credits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David O.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I just talk to the AI and it does what I wanted and even goes beyond what I imagined, especially with the new AI agent. Seeing the app made in real time is amazing to me. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

The daily limit really puts a limit to me, and how much cost it takes to do certain changes. Once you've used up your credits, you either keep using Replit and it charges you more or you wait next month, which limits me.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit to solve coding problems by talking to the AI, which often goes beyond my expectations. It helps me see app development in real time, which is amazing.

**Reviewed by:** Karina B. | Owner, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I love Replit for its affordability and transparent pricing, which make it a cost-effective solution for my business needs. The integration of services like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Sendgrid by its AI saves me time and effort, allowing me to manage my web presence seamlessly. I am particularly fond of the GitHub integration, which facilitates efficient collaboration and version control. The 'planning' and 'building mode' features are extremely beneficial, helping me optimize my resources and develop efficiently. I appreciate the comprehensive solutions that Replit offers, including database, web, and backend support, all in one platform. My ability to access code, data, and website metadata is crucial, and Replit delivers on this front robustly. The ease of access from my phone and iPad enhances my ability to brainstorm and ideate on new features on the go. Publishing updates to production is smooth and reliable, with minimal errors or downtime — my website has not experienced any downtime to my knowledge, which is impressive. The initial setup was incredibly easy, thanks to the efficient setup by the agent, requiring no extra effort on my part.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I would love to have a more structured and streamlined testing framework that I can easily review. Beyond the tests that are run after updates, I'd like comprehensive test suites that run on every change and include scheduled monitoring to ensure key website elements function correctly. I'm concerned about how these test suites and frameworks would affect the monthly pricing, as I often go above my limit.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit hosts my website affordably, integrates AI for efficient building, and offers seamless publishing and reliable uptime. It supports web, backend services, and database management, enhancing my productivity, and its mobile compatibility boosts my flexibility.

 ### 37. Intuitive and Time-Saving, But Needs Accurate Issue Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan H.

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I find that Replit significantly saves me a tremendous amount of time, especially when I'm creating apps for my nonprofit's five entities. I like its intuitive understanding from an initial prompt, which, even though it's not perfect, gets pretty close to what I need most of the time. This feature makes the tool very valuable to me. As a language model agent, Agent 3 on Replit has a great grasp of nuance and intentional meanings, which aids in coding by analyzing and decoding my ideas into programming language efficiently. The easy initial setup has made my experience with Replit straightforward, allowing me to get started quickly. I've already recommended Replit to my friends, rating it a solid '10' for recommendations.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Replit sometimes incorrectly reports that an issue has been resolved when it hasn't been, resulting in wasted credits as the problem persists. While this is tolerable if it happens infrequently, consistent occurrences disrupt workflow and resource allocation. Additionally, the current system lacks a feature to estimate project time and cost based on prepaid credits, which would be beneficial in project planning.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit saves me a tremendous amount of time by converting ideas into apps efficiently and providing intuitive, close-to-accurate coding from prompts.

 ### 38. Effortless Coding for Non-Developers with Replit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johannes D.

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I appreciate how Replit simplifies the process of building applications, making it extremely user-friendly for someone like me who is not a developer. Despite not having coded in years, I find it incredibly easy to build and iterate on personal projects with Replit. The platform removes the complexity of coding by allowing me to interact with agents without needing to dive into the code itself. This has enabled me to complete projects, such as developing a shop interface for my wife's pastry workshop (in Japanese), without feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Replit to be very simple and straightforward, which enhances my experience as a user coming back to coding or rather vibe coding. Overall, Replit's ease of use in app development and project iteration stands out as a particularly valuable attribute.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I find the pricing structure confusing and puzzling once I exhaust my initial $25 of credit. It's challenging to determine the cost breakdown and estimate what each project might ultimately cost. This becomes increasingly frustrating when changes made during iterations are difficult to assess in terms of their cost impact — distinguishing between low-cost and high-cost alterations is not straightforward. Additionally, when the agent enters a loop trying to fix mistakes, it can swiftly deplete credits without any noticeable progress, which can be quite frustrating. This lack of clarity in pricing and cost estimation makes it hard to manage budget and project costs effectively.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit to easily build and iterate on apps without needing coding skills, allowing me to ship personal projects quickly.

 ### 39. Rapid prototyping made easy, and I believe I could use it for production apps

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I love how Replit allows me to go from an idea to a working prototype in literal minutes, making the initial setup extremely easy and intuitive. This efficiency isn't just limited to prototyping; I've managed to build tools robust enough for public release, which is quite impressive. I appreciate Replit's ability to get many details correct from the start, whether I am creating a visual first or diving straight into building the app. Additionally, I really like how Replit suggests relevant features to add as I progress, which can enhance and streamline the development process. Overall, Replit delivers the best results among all vibe coding apps I've tried, making it not just a tool but an essential part of my creative and professional workflow.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

As the complexity of projects increases, I encounter issues such as persistent bugs that require multiple requests to fix. Additionally, I had a frustrating experience trying to create a new logo by uploading an image; Replit's attempt to recreate it for the logo didn't work well at all.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit to go from idea to working prototype quickly and build tools ready for public release, benefiting from its ease in handling both prototyping and development.

 ### 40. Very Easy to Use—Get Started Building Websites Fast

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Replit?**

It’s very easy to use, and you can get started even with limited knowledge of building websites.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

The usage-based pricing can be annoying, especially when the AI isn’t perfect. At times, it feels like some of my usage is wasted, which makes the pricing model more frustrating than it needs to be.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website and application creation.

 ### 41. Easiest Way to Build Production-Ready Apps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I find Replit to be the easiest way to build production-ready apps, especially when compared to other tools like Lovable and Bolt that I have used. This makes it extremely effective for me in coding different concepts. I am particularly impressed with the advanced agent mode offered by Replit, which seems more advanced than other vibe coding tools I have encountered. The agent's capability to plan how to accomplish a task is a significant benefit. It offers me opportunities to uncover new aspects and learn more technical things, which is incredibly valuable for someone like me who is not very technical by background. Additionally, setting up Replit was easy, which further enhances its usability. Overall, these features make Replit a powerful tool for my work.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I find the UI generation in Replit could be better. I think there should be an additional layer between Replit, Tailwind, and Shadcn to make the generated UI more unique rather than directly taking components from these frameworks. I wish the agent had the capability to draw inspiration from well-designed apps and enhance Tailwind and Shadcn instead of merely assembling components from them.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replit makes building production-ready apps easy compared to Lovable and Bolt. Its advanced agent mode helps me learn technical concepts and plan tasks effectively, overcoming my lack of technical skills.

 ### 42. Effortless Prototyping with Seamless Integration

The integration capabilities are fantastic as well, making it easy to connect with various platforms through its connectors and integration tools. Setting up Replit was straightforward, adding to its appeal. On top of all these features, my high regard for Replit is evident as I rated it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to colleagues and friends.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I find the pricing transparency with Replit lacking. I believe that we should be informed about the daily costs associated with storage and tokens without having to dig deep for this information.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit to visualize customer experiences by building prototypes from text prompts. It's easy to use, integrates with other platforms, and handles amendments well, streamlining my workflow effectively.

**What do you like best about Replit?**

I love how Replit turbocharges the speed at which I create, allowing me to work on projects and learn new aspects of software development in a rapidly changing environment. It is incredibly beneficial for both personal projects and expanding my knowledge base. The feature that stands out most to me is the 'Plan' feature within the agent, which aids me in asking the right questions before jumping into building something. It acts as a more comprehensive, holistic sparring partner in the development process, helping me look around more corners and enhancing my creativity and problem-solving approach. I also appreciate how user-friendly the initial setup is, as it was very easy to get started with Replit. This ease of use makes it accessible for someone like me, who might not have all the patience for detailed groundwork in development. Additionally, the platform's overall stickiness encourages me to keep integrated components within Replit, which supports a seamless workflow.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

Customer support could be more responsive as addressing critical issues often takes too long, particularly concerning networking problems that impact my website's accessibility in various countries. Furthermore, the pricing structure feels opaque, with charges sometimes appearing arbitrary and not always aligned with the workload completed.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit to rapidly accelerate my software creation process, allowing me to build projects I previously couldn't find time for. It provides a comprehensive development perspective, helping me ask the right questions and think creatively.

Additionally, the connector apps feature stands out for its efficiency, as it eliminates the cumbersome task of creating and linking multiple API keys, streamlining the development process. Overall, these features significantly enhance my productivity and my experience with Replit.

**What do you dislike about Replit?**

I find the lack of documentation on setting up local environments for projects created in Replit's web UI to be challenging. It took me few hours to correct environment variables and package files, which could be streamlined with better guidance. Additionally, I would appreciate an Assistant mode that keeps the Assistant UI and code diffs in separate tabs to make it easier to review and approve code.

**What problems is Replit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Replit for easy building and deploying of my SaaS projects in one place, with transparent usage-based pricing and connector apps that simplify integrations.

Sometimes it feels like we take two steps forward and one step back. It will make an improvement but in the process sometimes it messes up progress that we had made previously. I can’t say for sure, maybe it’s just bugs that happen with constant updates. It hasn’t been incredibly smooth. It’s taken a long time of building out the app. To be honest I’m still working on it. The company app is still not fully operational.
