What do you like best about replient.ai?

Replient.ai saves me a significant amount of time by automatically responding to comments on my Facebook ads and posts, so I can stay focused on running my business instead of babysitting my phone. The AI genuinely learns my brand voice by scanning my website and past interactions, which means replies feel natural and on-brand rather than generic. I also love having everything in one dashboard where I can monitor, approve, or jump in manually at any time, giving me full control without the constant time drain. What do you dislike about replient.ai?

The AI occasionally misreads the tone or intent of a comment, especially with sarcasm or very niche industry questions, which means I still have to check in periodically to catch any awkward replies before customers see them. The onboarding process requires a decent amount of upfront setup to train the AI properly, so it's not quite as plug-and-play as the marketing might suggest for a busy small business owner.
