Rent. Reviews & Product Details

Rent. is rent-collection software for independent landlords who manage their own properties and don't need a full property-management platform. It records tenant payments from ATH Móvil, Zelle, Venmo and PayPal automatically by reading the payment-confirmation emails you forward, and it can also collect rent by bank transfer (ACH) through a tenant portal. Every payment lands in one ledger per tenant. Rent. sends monthly invoices and payment reminders, issues PDF receipts, applies late fees after the grace period you set, and handles utility pass-through charges, approved repair deductions and lease renewals with e-signature. Tenants get an invite-only portal with their balance, invoices and history. Co-owners can receive their share of each payment. Everything works in English and Spanish. Pricing is $6/month for the first unit and $3/month for each additional unit, with a 60-day free trial.
