we use Propresenter for our church and coporpate event and the over all product is great product and has been a great addition to our work flow. As a AV Director I like how I can use piece of software that can be used for church applications aswell as corporate events. The software for me was esay to integrate into the church's workflow as well as any corpoate events and the software remembers the layout of the screens so i dont have to always reconfigure it. I wish moving presentations were easier between computers. It is confusing how to move presentation files well. I also wish they had a cloud storage option for presentations so you could work on the files in the cloud on one computer and have it synced to another. This would help with colaboration. I love that ProPresenter is used by so many houses of worship (churches) across the country in various contexts. The user base is so large that there is always someone using it in a similar way or running into similar problems to help troubleshoot. The features in ProPresenter 7 allow us to send NDI signals to multiple monitors, and we have appreciated the ease of getting volunteers up-to-speed in using the software too. Some of the bugs in the PC version of ProPresenter don't exist in the Mac version, so when we encounter PC-specific bugs it takes a bit more work to resolve. The support team (an annual fee) is awesome, but the amount of bugs in each build can get annoying, especially if it is something specific to your own context. When PP updated to Pro7, there is a lot you can do, but training our volunteers and part time staff has been challenging. They run into issues and have difficulty troubleshooting the problems on the fly. This has left us in instances with the entire program shutting down during a worship service on multiple occasions.
