RenewAlert Reviews & Product Details

RenewAlert is contract management and renewal tracking software built for businesses that need to stay on top of vendor contracts, permits, subscriptions, equipment leases, employee certifications, and operational deadlines across one location or many. Founded in 2013, RenewAlert has been helping businesses automate deadline tracking for over a decade. Most businesses manage these obligations in spreadsheets, calendar reminders, and email threads. Deadlines get missed. Contracts auto-renew at unfavorable terms. Compliance lapses go unnoticed until they become expensive. RenewAlert replaces that scattered approach with one automated system that tracks every critical date, sends reminders to the right people at the right time, and resets automatically on each renewal cycle. The platform is designed to be simple enough that any team member can use it from day one with minimal training. Enter a deadline once and RenewAlert handles the rest. Automated email reminders fire to up to five recipients per item, including vendors and contacts who do not need a RenewAlert account to receive them. Up to three sequenced reminders per deadline ensure nothing slips through. An iCal integration drops backup calendar entries into Outlook and Gmail automatically. RenewAlert is also available as a mobile app on iOS so deadlines are accessible wherever your team works. For multi-location operators, RenewAlert's hierarchy feature gives executives and regional managers complete visibility across every location from a single dashboard. Each location manages its own reminders independently while corporate monitors the entire portfolio, runs vendor searches across all properties, exports data to Excel, and compares pricing across locations to identify rate variances and spending patterns. RenewAlert tracks vendor contracts, permits and licenses, software subscriptions, equipment leases, employee certifications, insurance policies, and recurring operational tasks. Every reminder stores payment details, supplier performance ratings, attached documents, and notes that build into a living operational playbook over time. When staff turns over, the data stays with the asset or position, not in anyone's head, not in a spreadsheet, and not dependent on any one person to maintain. The platform is built to integrate naturally with AI agents as they become part of how businesses operate. Every reminder already contains the vendor contact, account number, expiration date, action instructions, and document links an agent needs to act autonomously. A dedicated Agent Notes field lets operators leave specific instructions for AI agents alongside the standard reminder content making RenewAlert the structured process layer that agents execute against. RenewAlert serves hotels, franchise companies, multifamily property managers, small businesses, copier dealers, fleet operators, and households. Easy to adopt, built to last, and designed to get more powerful as AI becomes part of how your operation runs.
