**What do you like best about Valkre?**

I use Valkre to manage our strategic account plans, and I like that the platform provides the framework for sound strategic account management. It gives me and my team visibility to what matters most, which helps us identify opportunities. Valkre consolidates information, standardizes our approach to account management, provides visibility to team's work, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration. I also appreciate the visibility into stakeholder management, expected and delivered value, expected and delivered internal value/revenue, account plans, customers' goals, and active initiatives. Plus, the initial setup of Valkre was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Valkre?**

User experience could be improved. There are sometimes a lot of clicks needed to get to certain items. Reports can be difficult to customize to see exactly what I want but their team is always willing to support and help out.

**What problems is Valkre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Valkre to consolidate information, standardize account management, and provide visibility into team efforts and stakeholder management, enabling cross-functional collaboration and helping to identify opportunities.

If you're looking for something that clearly sorts your resources this is for you! If you're looking for a program in which you can see everything at once, perhaps not

We solve lots of organization problems which makes sorting and delegating tasks easier
