Some files can't be transferred for some reason, they error out. When remoting into computers with a slow connection, the app doesn't really want to connect, even after 5 minutes of waiting. I ended up having to use another program for that time and to transfer the files I was trying to transfer. Also, a chat box for the app would be nice; I've seen AnyDesk has it, and when I was remoted in last, I used the Notepad to type to the remote PC user. I use RemotePC to view and use my work computer from home or when I'm away from the office. This is especially helpful for updating things in the accounting software I use. RemotePC allows me to work from home, which is really convenient if I'm not feeling well or can't be in the office for the day. It makes it extremely easy to access another machine remotely. You can quickly connect to additional computers remotely, including from overseas, bypassing the need to use a VPN. It can be very slow over long-distance, low-latency links. I have had a few problems navigating remote sessions using keyboard shortcuts such as Alt+Tab and Shift+Tab.
