"Great Value and Lightning-Fast Support"
5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

There are lots of things to like. The pricing is good, and once installed, it's pretty easy to use. However, the standout for me is the support. It is so fast. The first time I enquired about what the product can do, I received a response in under 5 minutes. Another competitor never even got back to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

The only challenge I have at the moment is when I type on someone else machine. After about an hour, I struggle a little, but i have received some steps from RemotePC to address it, and I am sure that we will get to the bottom of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RemotePC: Fast, Easy Remote Access That Boosts Productivity at an Affordable Price"
4/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

RemotePC makes it easy for us to remotely access and manage our computers wherever we are. Logging in is fast and easy. Our productivity has improved now that we can solve issues within a couple of minutes.

As a very small not-for-profit volunteer group we love the pricing - it's made the whole process affordable for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

We're still trying to get one of our computers connected as it defaults to the web version and won't let us download the app. Likely something our tech hasn't had enough time to look into yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Value and an Interactive Interface"
4/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

What first attracted me was the price they offer compared to other similar software on the market. I tried the trial version and liked the interface and how interactive it felt, so I went ahead and purchased a yearly subscription afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

The download section on the website feels a bit messy. As a Windows user, I see at least three different links (full suite, host, and viewer), which makes it confusing to know which one I actually need. Also, the on-screen quality isn’t the best compared to the other two software tools I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RemotePC Delivers Near-Instant, Lag-Free Remote Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

What stands out most about RemotePC is how responsive the connection feels. The speed of input from the remote PC to the office PC is nearly instant, which makes it easy to work as if you’re physically there. There’s minimal lag when typing, clicking, or navigating between applications, so it doesn’t slow down productivity or create frustration during longer sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

There’s not much to dislike so far; everything has been great. RemotePC has been very easy to set up, and it’s made it simple for our entire office to work remotely without much friction.

The only minor issue is occasional lag, but that seems more related to WiFi connection strength than the software itself. Overall, it’s been a smooth and reliable experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective Remote Access with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I appreciate that RemotePC is super cheap compared to alternatives. It's also great for file transfers, which work really well. The initial setup was easy, just like installing any other PC program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

Some files can't be transferred for some reason, they error out. When remoting into computers with a slow connection, the app doesn't really want to connect, even after 5 minutes of waiting. I ended up having to use another program for that time and to transfer the files I was trying to transfer. Also, a chat box for the app would be nice; I've seen AnyDesk has it, and when I was remoted in last, I used the Notepad to type to the remote PC user. If it does have it, having it more prominently shown would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Effective for Remote Work, Needs Easier Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

I use RemotePC to view and use my work computer from home or when I'm away from the office. This is especially helpful for updating things in the accounting software I use. RemotePC allows me to work from home, which is really convenient if I'm not feeling well or can't be in the office for the day. I really like the ability to see and edit things on my work computer, particularly the accounting software, from home. It works fast, unlike other remote programs I've used, and the computer screen I see from home with RemotePC is exactly what I would see at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

It was a bit confusing to set up. It was unclear I had to install the program on my work computer in order to use it. I had to google search how to use RemotePC. It was still a bit confusing and I had a coworker help me. It would make more sense if the directions were more clear or easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy Remote Access Without the VPN Hassle"
5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

It makes it extremely easy to access another machine remotely. You can quickly connect to additional computers remotely, including from overseas, bypassing the need to use a VPN. The UI is easy to navigate, there are only minimal lags and the price is fair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

There is sometimes a bit of latency, which is frustrating. But as I mentioned, it's pretty minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Remote Access That Beats the Competition on Price"
5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

Effortless Setup: The application is incredibly easy to download and install. I was up and running within minutes without any technical headaches. User-Friendly Interface: Navigating and using the software is completely intuitive. Connecting to my remote computers is fast and seamless every single time. Outstanding Tech Support: Whenever I have a question, their excellent technical support team is quick to respond, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Unbeatable Value: To top it all off, it is easily the cheapest option on the market. You get premium, top-tier features at a fraction of the cost of other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

Nothing at all. There is nothing I don't like about this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Remote Access, but Speed and Keyboard Shortcuts Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about RemotePC?

It "does what it says on the tin", providing an effective way to remotely access one PC from another, potentially over long-distance connections. I haven't had to use any features other than remote screen access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePC?

It can be very slow over long-distance, low-latency links. I have had a few problems navigating remote sessions using keyboard shortcuts such as Alt+Tab and Shift+Tab. It's billed as a cheap alternative to RealVNC and similar, but the cost difference is not as great as I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
