**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I keep the PCs I connect to remotely with RemotePC running in the background continuously, but I have seen them shut down on their own a few times. I had to reconnect. I haven't yet understood whether this error is due to my computer or RemotePC.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

RemotePC is an excellent resource for helping people wiht their computer issues - works great and the connection is seamless. I take care of my 92 yr old mother. Having RemotePC let's me take over her computer at anytime and solve the issue quickly. I see her a few times every week and help her to maintain her computer, but there is nothing like being able to fix the issue right away and without a trip. No sound on your Netflix movie? Got that fixed. Is that email or pop-up something to be concerned about? I can check that right away. Remote PC saves me time and money and make her independence easier to maintain.

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

this is the perfect tool for remote managing of PCs. I find the price per machine extremely cost effective for my business and family support.

The range of operating systems makes this my go to support app

I find myself RemotePC over Microsofts RDC

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I limited ability to resize the remote screen can make remote sessions awkward to use on my laptop.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemotePC allows me to connect to remote networks when the VPN connection goes down

  ### 39. Easy interface and quick connection

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Easy to install, set up and use! I appreciate I can quickly connect to my computer and transfer files when ever needed. I had no problem setting it up, it is a very straight forward set up and has safe guards for protecting your computer.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

No far I have not found any drawbacks for this application.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this point I am a newer user to this application and so far I have had no problems using it. It is so much better then my previous application.

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I am about to update all my devices from Android to Arch Linux I use it most to update my Scan tools not even have to take it out of the case. It's a win win the price is unbeatable.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

The driver for Arch Linux had extra steps to use the .deb file but have it running but then again chances are if you're running arch you know what to do with the drivers that are available.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to Update my scan tools without needing to take them out of their case. If I'm not home I am able to access my home network.

  ### 41. Remote PC versus Teamviewer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I was looking for a replacment for Teamviewer (Free Version) . I was using it a lot privatly to help friend and family however more then often my account was marked commercial suspect which costs me ~ 3 days to be able to use it again. Alternative would have been purchasing a expensive license to assist with always on on 10 devices. Also Teamviewer new interface was terrible .
RemotePC was easy to install worked right away and is more or less equal to Teamviewer. To full benefit I bought a license for 10 PC's which was first around 79 euro but when purchasing I got a high discount so paid 11 euros which is perfect!.. So Price and Functionality TOP. To be recommended for those who feel the pain of purchasing a decent plan of Teamviewer.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Not really dislike but graphical could be enhanced

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full access to 10 PC's with always on.

  ### 42. Great software and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I literally have nothing to say negative about it. Had no issues.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to have the ability to have a Virtual Assistant login to certain accounts and appear to be colocated with my business. This solves my problem.

Ability to effectively utilize my computers remotely.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I noticed that it can crash from time-to-time.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to connect to my computers remotely.

  ### 44. Great customer service and software

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Great customer service- they responded right away to any issues we had. Easy to install. Great, straightforward software. Mine was extremely slow but I'm not sure if that was due to Remote PC or because I was far from the computer I was connecting to.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

It could be that the further you are from the actual computer the slower it is. Regardless, for the majority of the time it was unusable due to extreme slowness.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working remotely

  ### 45. Good Software Great Price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin L. | insurance Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2025

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Reasonable price, ease of use, cancellation options are good, they don't hold your credit card hostage like so many companies do.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Good software not Great, but for the price it works for me!

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to transfer files and share the screen with my home office computer... very handy

  ### 46. Does what it should do. Simple, effective, works on many platforms. Excellent for remote diagnosis.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2025

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I use this to quickly and easily provide support to my parents, when they have some issue with their computer that they can't even describe, because they are non-technical. We live in different countries, so my being able to get into their computer easily and performance maintenance, or even do something as simple as find a lost icon for my mother, can be quickly and easily done both on PC and on mobile. I don't use it much, but it is well worth the investment for easy remote diagnosis and control, that needs absolutely no knowledge from them.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

The onboarding may be a little tricky for non-technical users, particularly when it comes to understanding the client-server nature of the software. This could be simplified or use better guardrails to help people understand what to use. After all, this software is mostly going to be providing access to someone who knows more than the person local to the machine!

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This ensures problems with my parents' computer can be easily resolved without me needing to be personally there. They don't understand technical matters, so rather than have them try to explain it, and then follow instructions, I can just see and control their computer myself. This has made it much easier for me to support them, and they have a better experience working with the computer!

  ### 47. Simple setup, quick access, economical

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

RemotePC was easy to set up and provided quick access to my computer from a remote work location. It's an economical product, great for small businesses, especially a non-profit like my employer.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

There's a noticeable lag when switching between programs/windows on my office desktop, especially when using Alt-TAB. A minor annoyance, but it does not ultimately handicap the functionality.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemotePC is allowing me to work from home and access my desktop files and programs that are not cloud-based. It's like I'm sitting right at my desk. This saves time, fuel, and stress.

  ### 48. Remote PC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert M. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Quick & easy to set up, and very good value for money

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Only just starting to use it, so everything appears ok at present.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Can access my pc from the house.

  ### 49. Perfect Remote Desktop Software for my needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | N/A, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2025

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Easy to use. Simple pricing models compared to the competing product I switched from.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Nothing really to dislike. The connection time to start a new session on my Mac can take a slightly longer time to connect versus connecting to my PC, but not a big deal. Had to enable the “trackpad” interface feature to make the remote connection easier to navigate.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access to a headless rack mounted Mac in the basement. Remote access to a PC laptop when traveling.

  ### 50. Excellent Product - Highly Recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I needed to be able to remotely access a PC from my Mac to help with an extensive project. RemotePC worked amazingly well, allowing me to switch between remote monitors, and access everything I needed to access. I was able to accomplish the project successfully. I'd highly recommend it for its extensive features and how easy it is to use!

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I had no issues or dislikes with RemotePC.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**
