I use RemotePC in my business, and it allows me to view computers from home, which I really appreciate. I find the speeds to be relatively good, especially after updating my internet, which makes using the program easier. The initial setup of RemotePC was easy, and that's definitely a plus for me. ### 5. RemotePC: Essential Remote Access with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer H.

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I find RemotePC incredibly valuable for providing seamless remote access capabilities, which allow our employees to work from home without any hassle. The platform's ease of setup was impressive, with minimal issues during the initial configuration, which speaks to its user-friendly nature. RemotePC has addressed a critical bottleneck in our business by enabling remote access to our on-premises scheduling and billing systems, thus solving a major challenge we faced due to our non-cloud-based infrastructure. The ability to maintain continuous remote access without the need to log in each time is a standout feature that is hard to find in other remote access solutions, making it a crucial reason for our choice. Additionally, the excellent customer service, characterized by real people answering calls rather than automated systems, greatly enhances our support experience and is a vital aspect of what makes RemotePC exceptional for us.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I find RemotePC's package options limited, as there's a gap between 1 and 10 computer packages. A 5-computer package would be more suitable for smaller companies like mine.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemotePC solves our in-house scheduling and billing access issues by allowing remote access to critical office systems from home, enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency.

  ### 26. A game changer! Wonderful and ultrastable remote control over my main PC!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** musoneo . | editor-in-chief, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Everyday I work very long hours sitting in front of my very powerful desktop PC doing mostly video-editing and sound post-production and now I can switch to my laptop and move to a sofa, sit more comfortably or even outside and still control my main desktop PC!
I tried a few software solutions including Google Remote Desktop, but they were very unstable and kept disconnecting all the time... and this was very frustrating. I have been using RemotePC for about 2 weeks now and I can't express how happy I am I chose it. RemotePC is ultra stable, no more problems with connection! I changed the resolution of the desktip PC screen to fit the smaller laptop screen and it even remembers it and changes the resolution automatically. All I do is click to connect and disconnect if I want to switch back to the main desktop. It was very easy to set up. It is much easier to navigate between two monitors connected to my desktop with RemotePC, than it was with Google Remote Desktop.

I also use my second computer (laptop) to run lectures and I used USB disk to transfer some larger files between computers, now I can transfer large files with Remote PC without even disconnecting the remote control app.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Nothing really. It does its job really well and is very stable and keeps connection forever. There is a slight color compression (to my eye), but the image is sharp, no lags, and I can even watch YT videos launched on the other computer, it runs super smoothly.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can work on my desktop PC from laptop, transfer large files without the need for external services like google drive,
It helps me stay healthier reducing back pain as I no longer have to sit all day in one place, can move around with a laptop (actually writing this from a sofa)

I own/manage a newish non-profit. The folks at my business location were having difficult computer issues. As my Admin office is in a different city, I was getting frustrated TRYING to walk my staff through the appropriate fixes. I knew there were a few different "remote-in" software platforms, and I did do my research and checked reviews before opting to purchase a RemotePC subscription. I am SO glad I did! The implementation was quick and easy, and I was able to fix the issues that my staff was having in mere minutes without having to leave my office. (Talk about convenient!) **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meredith A. | CPA, MST + Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I liked how easy it was to get my team up and running once our IT administrator set up the office. My team was able to quickly download the program, sign in, and get back to work within 15 minutes. I could also tell when someone was connected to their remote computer or not yet.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

We were unable to find a workaround to utilize the program on multiple screens. Our prior set up allowed us to connect to a computer remotely and then utilize multiple screens across the connection.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our team works remotely by connecting to office computers. Our connection went down with another product and we had to switch very quickly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie C. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

RemotePC impressed me from the start with its effortless setup and intuitive interface, installing the software and configuring my machines took only minutes. The UI is good; every feature is properly labeled, so I never have to hunt around to figure out how to do something.

I rely on it near-daily to connect to my work PC from home and to access my home PC from a central location, keeping my files and environments neatly separated. Performance has been consistently solid. When I encountered an account issue that needed escalation, the customer support team was prompt, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding me through the resolution without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Due to all of the options, determining the right product and pricing took longer than the actual setup of the product.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

So far in my use, there is very little downside. I would like to be able to be logged in with multiple accounts. Currently if logged in with one account, you cannot access other PCs on a different account (ie; like using home and work accounts at the same time)
