  ### 3. Excellent program for our needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave R. | T, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I've been searching for a remote program for our door security people. As a non-profit (Church), I also wanted something at a reasonable cost.
RemotePC satisfied all our requirements, including the price.
Easy to install and set up; easy to access; the 'perfect' program for our needs.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

So far, there is nothing to dislike about the program.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our doors security needed access to the Doors Security Software to make changes in the times the doors will unlock/lock, days/dates that require special times for unlocking/locking, and the ability to add or upgrade users. RemotePC allows us to do all of that.

  ### 4. Look no further

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer C. | Business Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Ease of use. Once the initial setup is complete, its one simple click to connect remotely.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Nothing so far except maybe when I go to close a file, I sometimes click the red x to close connection. User error, not the program though

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to access all files with ease on the remote computer. No drop outs. Found a lot of other connections were not stable which was very frustrating.

  ### 5. Worked fine first couple if times then stopped. Spent hours with support without result.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxim Z. | Company owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

It's faster than other software I used to use (Teamviewer, AnyDesk and Google Remote) and has all features we need (Remote terminal and File Manager)

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Worked fine first couple if times then stopped. Spent hours with support without result.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connection speed, it's fast enough

**Official Response from Daniel Kellada:**

> Hi, mind emailing us a publicrelations@idrive.com? We'd like to take a look at your account and see what we can do to assist you. Thanks!

  ### 6. What I like about RemotePC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmad Adel R. | IT Manager, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

It is fast and doesn't consume memory and is stable. It has a meeting app where we used to collaborate and also a remote desktop app for remote control windows PCs.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Nothing I don't like about it. That's it.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access is a very useful app and is needed for many reasons.

  ### 7. Exactly what I was looking for.....

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal M. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Quick and simple installation. I didn't need to know anything about setting up a remote connection...it did it for me, and I was working remotely within minutes!

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I do not "dislike" anything, however, there are different connection options, and I am not sure what the difference is.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I couldn't use one particular program from my office as it has a "dongle," but Remotepc allows me to use this program. Also, I had tried other remote software, and they are limited in capabilities. Remotepc is like I'm sitting right at my office pc.

  ### 8. Helped us out when our VPN died

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark R. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Ability to have staff work from home and keep the office connected during these uncertain times.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

We initially had difficulty with screen resolution, speed and screen lag on the remote systems when first set up. Contacted the chat room who worked through how to hook up via the Performance View option which then sorted those issues. Chat contact was very helpful, and maybe I missed it, but I didn't see any advice on this when installing and configuring the first time. Connection still seems to drop out randomly and we keep needing to login again.

**Recommendations to others considering RemotePC:**

Check your internet speed and use the Performance Viewer login option.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemorePC is solving our remote working issues for our office staff.

  ### 9. It's Simple and it just Works

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Super simple setup. No technical knowledge is necessary for getting remote access up and running. It's been particularly useful for accessing my desktop from my iPad.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Sometimes the client locks up (I've noticed this in multiple environments) and doesn't seem to recover (perhaps due to poor internet issues). Simply and disconnecting to the client PC has been a sufficient workaround.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just needing to access files local to a machine quickly or quickly perform an action on a computer left at home. It's saved me the trouble of port forwarding, dynamic DNS resolution, static IP assignment, or VPN Tunneling in cases where I just need quick access and those environments are overkill.

  ### 10. RemotePC is a wonderful game changer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

RemotePC provides an intuitive, extremely easy method of remote access. Simple click, password protections, and having desktop, as well as a web interface, make it an attractive alternative to more expensive services.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

There is some additional room to grow with mobile interface accessibility. Some competitor products allow for a mouse control feature, whereas RemotePC utilizes fingers. This can be tricky for accessing desktops that are not mobile or touch-optimized. Adding more mouse control features would help.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, none! I wish I can use the mobile feature more often, but it is rather time-consuming. However, for desktop view, it has worked out great, allowing me to remote access my computer from any location with little lag.

  ### 11. Pleased with RemotePC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Sr. Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Great access to other PCs - easy, simple and fast - And it is substantially less expensive than other similar products. I have three (3) home PCs which I access primarily for file sharing

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I honestly can't think of any negative aspects to RemotePC - the only negative aspect may be the latency on screen sharing - but that is probably more related to bandwidth than an issue with Remote PC

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I couldn't access a network drive directly (due to a Windows 10 issue) so I am using RemotePC to access that drive via RemotePC. In doing so I don't need to replicate files on each PC and can ensure the file I am accessing is the current version

  ### 12. Perfect Software for Remote Working and Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzy B. | IT/Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

It's versatile! I've used other big name remote options and for the price, RemotePC gets my vote. Fast connections, very little lag.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I'm sure I will find something, I always do. But in the 2 months I've been using it, I've yet to hit a road block.

**Recommendations to others considering RemotePC:**

Save yourself some money and headache. Don't invest thousands of dollars when you only need a few connections.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working from home is much easier. I have OneDrive etc but it never fails I'll save something in a weird spot that isn't backed up so it's nice to have access.

  ### 13. Private non-business user finds RemotePC an invaluable aid for elderly relative support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob D. | Freelancing once more, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

It is so easy to set up for the remote PC I am having to provide a service for, as well as used in everyday life. I especially like the ability, though it could be seen as a hackers gem of a tool, the ability to restart the remote PC from my end without having to ask the user to enter their details.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

The price, although it is cheaper than many including the most prevalent competitor, TV. That said, it is worth paying for (even though I am not in IT or work for an IT organisation) it as I have helped my elderly mother so may times & it gives her confidence to continue using the internet for their connection to the modern world.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is not a business purchased tool, as it is merely so I can aid my elderly mother who lives a distance away from me but is dependent more & more on services provided through the web.

  ### 14. Satisfied client

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teresa M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

RemotePC has made it easy for me to log in to my work computer from home with ease. The process is simple. I recommend RemotePC

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I do not have any negative feedback, satisfied client.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to work from home when I get behind at the office. This helps me be current when I get back to the office.

  ### 15. Good Remote tool for any size team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy C. | Sr IT Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

A great tool that handles the job of connecting me to my clients.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

so far I dont have any issues, the only thing that could use some improvement is the over call connection process

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is allowing me to connect to computers I am not able to with other tools.

  ### 16. Easier to use than expected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent P. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

This is a very easy and affordable way to manage remote systems without having to install complicated to install and use software for each system installed.
I routinely set up camera and access control systems and find remote pc to be the easiest way to remotely log in and manage these systems.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

The only thing I have found so far is that the screen resolution looks very fuzzy when using remotely.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now I only have to install a single software package to enable remote access of multiple programs. I also am not forced to use mobile software as much which tends to be less easy to use and has less functionality.

  ### 17. Great platform to work from work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob H. | CEO of Falcon Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Great value for the money like the other company who has a comparing platform

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

They can perform a bit on the customer service site. When I have a question it takes more then a day and they ask if the problem is still there but there need to solve the problem

**Recommendations to others considering RemotePC:**

It is not working easily on Android

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making a connection on distance without driving there myself all the time. Now it is just a mather off logging in

  ### 18. Great Solution for all Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markus Y. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I love the fact that I'm able to use this platform across so many different devices to access critical information for key computers I use on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I haven't found anything that I dis-like. I'm thrilled with this software.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Covid - having workstations in multiple locations has proven to be a problem when trying to access local files or ERP systems - this solve everything without worries of security problems

  ### 19. Excellent Remote Desktop Option

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don C. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Excellent speed and stability. The overall experience has been very smooth, setup and management is also easy to do. Many useful features like handling dual monitor, file transfer, black out screen.... etc. Display quality is also very good. Also appreciate the 24/7 chat support, I was able to get help very quickly from a real support staff. Overall would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

No major issues so far, the only thing I could think of is the 1st install has some issues, connection was cutting out, but after a quick reinstall the problem never re-occurred.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work from home and remote access, this allows us much more flexibilty in the workflow and increased productivity.

  ### 20. Highly recommend Remote Support option

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott D A. | Desktop Support Technician & Junior Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

The simplicity of use, features and the layout make it easy to use and accomplish remote support level tasks quickly.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Nothing. Has everything needed for most situations without paying for extra features not used regularly

**Recommendations to others considering RemotePC:**

In many situations, the SOHO plan for this product can still be utilized for larger organizations if your Technicians are minimal and plan to use remote support solely through invitations rather than unattended, always-on access.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I resolve many issues such as windows and driver updates, application errors, settings adjustments, software installs, policy changes and more

  ### 21. Life Saver for Supporting Elderly Parents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Easy to install and easy to use. Features are great. My favorite feature vs most alternatives is that It works well with multiple monitors. I love Unattended access for when I am out of town and need access to my desktop.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

For security reasons, I don't like to leave unattended access on all the time. One-time access requires downloading a second executable as needed, which makes it more challenging to help my elderly parents.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access to my desktop makes it possible to use non-cloud-based software that requires a large amount of local storage without having to pay for multiple licenses and without cluttering up my laptop. Being able to help my elderly parents when I live far away from them is priceless.

  ### 22. I think I Found It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenn B. | Congregational Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

The feature I find most useful is the web-based dashboard. Other remote programs are device-based, and remembering the access codes was difficult. Remote PC allows me to add my machines to a dashboard on my browser. I can see the status of all my connected devices at a glance,

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

The M1-based MAC client is significantly lagging. The time from input to response can be as much as thirty seconds. I'm chalking this up to the new chip and the possibility that development hasn't caught up yet.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote PC allows me to administer a small network of machines I use for work. As the pandemic continues, this program lets me access computers that perform unique functions from anywhere.

  ### 23. 1st Time User

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

The ease of use. I was able to login to my home computer from the field with no issues.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Nothing so far. Actually the print is very small and I wish it was bigger

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to access a computer program that is only loaded locally and not available on the web

  ### 24. Quick and Painless Start with Efficient Tech Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

It was extremely affordable (low risk) and was EASY to use. I was able to start in about 15 minutes. Also, tech support resolved my one technical issue fast, which was something on my end.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

So far, it is working as it should. It's always a bit slower than physically being at my desk, of course, but all of the 3+ applications I tried previously acted the same way. Maybe it's my old laptop, or perhaps it's just how they all work.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving the issue of accessing my work server from home, and it's lovely. I'm spending less time messing around with sending files back and forth in annoying ways and fewer emails being sent!

  ### 25. Remote Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert W. | S, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Easy to use for me the administrator and for the users as well. Would defiantly recommend. Easily one of the best remote programs I've used.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I have not had any issues to date. I am happy with this product.

**Recommendations to others considering RemotePC:**

If you are looking for an attended or unattended solution - RemotePC is what you need.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to connect to unattended systems that I manage.

  ### 26. Better product than previous more expensive remote product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine W. | Project Manager

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Its easy to use, works great even with big programs, price is unbeatable

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

so far it works great, have not had any issues.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it when I work remotely, to access my work computer, it works better and is much less expensive than the previous product I was using.

  ### 27. Affordable and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rory H. | Senior Technical Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

RemotePC is very quick and easy to setup, it combines a lot of the feature of other popular tools.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

It's very similar to a few other tools out there so it's hard to separate it from the crowd

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessing my servers from remote locations while traveling is much easier now

  ### 28. Ease of use and reliability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Easy to set up. Controls are intuitive for Windows users. Tutorials and user reviews very helpful. Very affordable and expandable. I tried to use the remote access tool available through Windows. It was none of the above as it required I upgrade to Window 10 Pro ($99) and was very difficult to set up. I've tested Remote PC inside my own network and also accessed my home computer remotely from a public network. Very straight forward commands and amazingly quick on a public network.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Nothing so far! Everything works perfectly. It's the answer to all my current technology needs.

**Recommendations to others considering RemotePC:**

Look no further. I reviewed other remote access options for many hours, decided to use Remote PC, and am very satisfied (delighted!) with my choice.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I purchased Remote PC to provide technical help and give remote computer lessons to my 93-yr old mother living in a different state. Remote PC allows me to assist her from anywhere I travel. Keeping her connected with family and friends and ordering anything she needs during online sessions together increases her quality of life and reduces my concerns over her wellbeing.

I like the ease of setup and use. I can now use my desktop as a server and access my programs and files remotely while I travel or from my second home across the state.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I have not found anything I dislike yet. So I guess I could only gripe about the price, which is a fair price for the product.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was having a difficult time accessing my server remotely using and losing my connection. I have not lost my connection once since using RemotePC.

  ### 34. Awesome remote desktop access cloud based app - Just what I needed

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Tried out TeamViewer, PCAnywhere and Chrome remote desktop - None provided the ease of access, easy to configure WOL, and user-friendly features like RemotePC does and at their available plans. Been using it for more than 10 days for more than 8 hours each day and it's been very reliable even over private VPNs. Will be recommending to one and all.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Please provide multiple monitor support for remote PC even if the source PC is not using multiple monitors.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting organization/client when traveling especially when traveling internationally.

  ### 35. Great software to access your computer remotely

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

RemotePC is just as good as the more expensive competitors out there at a fraction of the cost. You can easily access your computer remotely, which I need it for. I highly recommend RemotePC.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I have yet to encounter an issue with RemotePC at this point. The price is great and easy to use.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm trying to access my computer remotely so I can work from anywhere.

  ### 36. Outstanding Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane R. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

The upside to Remote PC is it is very easy to use. I can remote in from my home computer, and it is a three-step process. 1) Click on the icon. 2) Type in my password 3) Enter personalize key.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I don't particularly appreciate that it does accommodate multi-screens. You can switch between screens, which is ok. What I would like to see is the ability to hook up a second or third monitor to my home monitor and have it populate on my home computer as it does at work.

**Recommendations to others considering RemotePC:**

No recommendation at the moment

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can leave work during daylight hours, and now I can easily be able to log in and work from home when it is dark out.

  ### 37. Solid software -seems very reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike o. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Software stays in memory and I can remotely access my computers reliably (100% MAC). This was not true of Splashtop, nor of Zoho Assist - which regularly failed

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Not really a dislike, but I did not realize that you would need a team account for me to manage other users. Its actually fine becuase I appear to be able to use attended assist on the fly. However, in this respect, Splashtop is easier to onboard users. Also, I cannot figure out how to only have the program show in the menu bar, or even better, just not show . . . but probably pilot error

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to occasionally access numerous computers and servers. This allows me to do that. Also, need to provde remote support to users. With attended access this allows me to do that.

  ### 38. Quick, easy, and full featured

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase J. | SettleMINT Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I really enjoyed how easy it was to install and get up and running. While I am experienced with technology like this, I feel even the most novice computer user could get this running if they needed it.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I would like to have a full-feature web solution, just for easy access with a web interface. I like what features are offered currently but would love to see continued development in this area.

**Recommendations to others considering RemotePC:**

Definitely check this out as a great tool for remote access. It is full-featured but not overwhelming.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is much more beneficial to use compared to a simple screen-sharing service like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Being able to remote into family devices and assist with technical issues or even have a more in-depth virtual meeting/date with loved ones.

  ### 39. Saved My A**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | President, Operations Americas, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I thought I was going to use it for remotely accessing my computer when I am traveling, which is excellent. However, i wasn't expecting an audit. Having my bookkeeper have access allowed her access what was needed to provide the accountants with the necessary documents to give to the auditors. Nobody had trouble accessing it. It was fluid, simple to use and didnt seem to eat up all my bandwidth.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I would say that it would be great to have some sort of live support chat feature. I could have used help with the setup and understand the features a little bit more.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to have access to my accounting computer so that my team and I can get reports that we needed to move forward with our business. It was incredibly helpful.

  ### 40. AMAZING

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian B. | Nurse, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I don't possess a computer science degree. Nor am I the most tech-savvy individual. However, it was so easy to download and ready to remote control my windows labtop.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Sometimes it takes a while to access the other computer. It's a minor inconvenience. However, once it accesses it you are fine!

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work remotely and I need to access peoples computers and that's the main problem I solve.

The benefits its quick to download, easy to control, and u don't need to be computer savvy to know how to do it.

  ### 41. Effective, inexpensive alternative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

This is an affordable option with simple user management. It's lightweight, easy to use, and reliable.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

1. I wish each connection weren't a one-to-one connection. I'd like to have devices associated with a group that all users in the group can use to access them. As is, users have to share a login in order to have access to a shared device.
2. I wish the desktop application would expand to view multiple monitors at once instead of having to switch between them.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemotePC allows us to share access to centralized software applications that are housed on a desktop PC. We have few enough of these that it doesn't warrant a server or an expensive remote service, so RemotePC is a much better option. We've also begun recommending this to clients who are spending $$$ on other remote solutions when RemotePC will do what they need.

  ### 42. Simple and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bianca B. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

I find this software easy to use - I am by no means technologically savvy so it is great for me!

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I suppose the limits of the number of computers you can access could be a downside, but I have not needed more than I am allowed to use.

**Recommendations to others considering RemotePC:**

This is a simple and effective software that is perfect for me when I want to work remotely. I am not super tech savvy but this software is simple enough even for me!

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to access my work computer from home now which is so helpful on days where I forgot to do something or would just rather work remotely.

  ### 43. Good - does what it says

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2022

It works and does what it promises - which is fine by me

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

It does slow things down - but I don't think this can be avoided

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps you log into PCs remotely

  ### 44. Super user friendly and great value

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote PC allows me to access my home laptop from work and my work PC from home. Saves me time and energy if I forget to bring laptop to work or need a laptop document while at the office.

  ### 45. Easy to Use!

**Reviewed by:** Buffy P. | Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2022

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Remote PC was very easy to set up. I could remote into my work PC with any computer as long as I have the user name, password and PIN.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I didn't like the delay as I was typing or clicking on items to open but that may have been on my work PC side.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to go out of town for an emergency and still be able to support my team at the office.

  ### 46. Great remote connection solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason A. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**Reviewed by:** Stuart H. | President & Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2022

This is a full featured remote login package that meets all my requirements. I've used other programs for many years and switched to this since they features are great and the price is so much less than others.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I've been using for a few months and seems similar or same to other programs I've used including LogMeIn.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to login remotely and access desktop from remote location.

  ### 48. NO need for this product as it's just Remote Desktop

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Nothing really as there is no functionality to it that you can't get for free from Windows

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

It seems they eliminated their non Windows Desktop access and now you can only access your remote host by Windows Remote Desktop which as you know, is free with Windows. .

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote IT support for family while also accessing a local computer that has a lot of data on hard drives that I do not store in the cloud.

**Official Response from Daniel Kellada:**

> Hi! We appreciate the feedback. Mind emailing us at publicrelations@idrive.com so we can address your concerns?

  ### 49. Switched from another product - Happy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

Overall speed for everything is great! Cut FTP time by 50 - 60 %. Easy to use. Very cost-effective compared to similar products. Compared to our previous product that starts with Go it is faster, easier to use and a fraction of the cost.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Set up was difficult. They need to improve their instructions. The software was installed easily but getting it to work took a while - even for two IT people that have done thousands of software installs.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No new problems to solve, but as mentioned above, the speed improvement and cost savings are notable. We just started using it, and it looks like some features may benefit us in the future.

The software is easy to install and use.
The price is right.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Switching between file sharing and remote access on a mobile device is not very intuitive.
A monthly billing option would be a good addition for those who dislike long-term commitments.

I connect to work computers to monitor various tasks.
