Chat contact was very helpful, and maybe I missed it, but I didn't see any advice on this when installing and configuring the first time. It's been particularly useful for accessing my desktop from my iPad. **What do you dislike about RemotePC?** Sometimes the client locks up (I've noticed this in multiple environments) and doesn't seem to recover (perhaps due to poor internet issues). Simply and disconnecting to the client PC has been a sufficient workaround. **What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just needing to access files local to a machine quickly or quickly perform an action on a computer left at home. Some competitor products allow for a mouse control feature, whereas RemotePC utilizes fingers. This can be tricky for accessing desktops that are not mobile or touch-optimized. I wish I can use the mobile feature more often, but it is rather time-consuming. The time from input to response can be as much as thirty seconds. It was none of the above as it required I upgrade to Window 10 Pro ($99) and was very difficult to set up. I've tested Remote PC inside my own network and also accessed my home computer remotely from a public network. Very straight forward commands and amazingly quick on a public network. **What do you dislike about RemotePC?** Nothing so far! Everything works perfectly.
