Ease of use, all my remote computers on a single interface, well organized. Individual passwords on each computer for increased security. Easy and fast to setup.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Remote servers administration, user support. I travel a lot and need access to my computers all the time.

  ### 46. Excellent tool for Remote use of PC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2023

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

RemotePC has been an excellent tool for monitoring/controlling a PC running 24/7 at my home while I am temporarily residing elsewhere. The awesome part is that I only have 10/1 service where I currently am and despite this RemotePC keeps on chugging, just requiring a manual refresh every so often. It is monitored screens that are continuously changing with large amounts of data. No problem for RemotePC.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Hard to say anything negative about RemotePC since it has been so easy to use and so reliable. One option that would be nice to have is the ability to project multiple screens on the remote PC onto multiple screens on the monitoring PC. Right now it requires you to cycle through each remote screen individual to see what else is going on. And because windows often opens windows on other screens that the one you are displaying, it becomes a manual search on RemotePC to find the window needed.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to do my business without being in front of my primary PC, from distant locations and even with slow internet speeds at these locations.

  ### 47. It just works

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

It was super easy to install the application and run it.

The end users that I have to request them to visit the website run and install it and give me the 9 digit code is super simple and easy. And they have not had any issues running the installation.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

I find it freezes quite often. Sometimes it disconnects and tells me that there's no network connection even though I am right beside it and can see it that it is full signal.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to remote on people's computers so I don't have to drive all the way to their office or location and repair it. This allows me as an extension to be able to offer tech support much quicker

  ### 48. Excellent Remote IT Support tool, but not the bee all and end all

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

The price is very cost effective, and the tools you get are useful such as file transfer and remote reboot. As an IT support technician, the ability to dial in from my mobile and tablet is useful also.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

The SOHO and Enterprise versions seem to differ in installation of endpoints. Configuring unattended access on the SOHO product is much harder than the Enterprise product. I thought they'd be the same, but with fewer enpoint counts, but they're not. Also, installing the RemotePC SOHO on a Mac is not intuitive as a .exe file is given to email to the end user. You can to find the instructions for a Mac separately.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem is having access to PCs to maintain my support contracts. RemotePC solves that by doing exactly what it says on the tin at a decent price point. Business performance has stayed the same, there are plenty of other tools that do this same thing out there.

  ### 49. Great for remote management of machines

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Nothing at the moment. Liked the interface and speed.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to continue work on my 2nd PC.

  ### 50. Quick, Easy to use, Secure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TIMOTHY P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2023

**What do you like best about RemotePC?**

RemotePC is easy to use, compared to the VPN method I'm used to.

**What do you dislike about RemotePC?**

Screen can be small on a tablet. Resizing usually fixes this.

**What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With RemotePC I find it easier to use then logging into the Company VPN and then gaining remote access.
