**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharamveer p. | Application Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about RemoteMeeting?**

What I like best about RemoteMeeting is its ease of use and reliable video conferencing experience. The platform makes it simple to host meetings, collaborate with team members, and connect with participants without requiring complicated setup. Features such as screen sharing, meeting scheduling, and real time communication help make remote collaboration more efficient.

**What do you dislike about RemoteMeeting?**

One thing I dislike is that the interface can occasionally feel less intuitive when accessing advanced settings or features. Depending on network conditions, video or audio quality may vary during larger meetings. More customization options for meeting controls and user preferences would also be beneficial.

**What problems is RemoteMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemoteMeeting helps solve the challenge of communicating and collaborating with distributed teams and external participants. It provides a centralized platform for meetings, presentations, and discussions, reducing the need for travel and enabling faster decision making. For me, it has improved communication efficiency, simplified remote collaboration, and helped keep projects moving forward regardless of location.

  ### 2. Handling Online Wellness Sessions and Follow-Ups More Efficiently

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about RemoteMeeting?**

what I like best about RemoteMeeting is that it makes online consultation sessions and health awareness meetings feel more organized during daily work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly schedule follow-up calls, diet discussions, and patient awareness sessions.

Creating meetings, sharing links, and managing participants feels easy and properly arranged. Screen sharing is also useful because I can explain diet charts, reports, and nutrition guidance directly during online sessions. I also like that scheduled meetings stay managed from one place, which helps while handling multiple consultation sessions together.

The audio and video quality has been smooth in most meetings, and joining calls feels simple for patients also. Features related to meeting scheduling, participant handling, screen sharing, and session management fit well with my regular consultation and wellness education work. Performance has also been smooth during regular online consultations and awareness sessions. Even while managing scheduled meetings, screen sharing, and multiple participants together, the platform feels stable and comfortable to use during busy clinic hours. Overall, it helps keep online communication and follow-up sessions more structured during busy work days.

**What do you dislike about RemoteMeeting?**

Nothing major but I notice, for regular consultation work the platform runs smoothly, but in a few meetings with multiple participants together, joining audio or screen sharing can take a few extra seconds before everything becomes stable.

**What problems is RemoteMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me solve the problem of managing online consultations and follow-up communication in a more organized way. Earlier, handling patient discussions, awareness sessions, and follow-up calls through different apps or manual coordination sometimes made scheduling and communication less smooth during busy clinic work.

Now I can schedule meetings, manage participants, share consultation links, and handle online sessions from one place. This makes online consultation work more structured and easier to manage. Features like screen sharing and meeting scheduling are also helpful during diet discussions, follow-up guidance, and health awareness sessions.

It is also benefiting my health education and content related work because I can conduct online wellness discussions and awareness meetings in a more proper way. Managing multiple scheduled sessions together feels more organized now, and communication with patients has become more smooth during regular workflow.

  ### 3. Easy Onboarding, Smooth Meetings, and Powerful Admin Controls

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about RemoteMeeting?**

I love this platform for its easy onboarding process as users can start using this web based video conferencing platform from the lounge itself without login in. Other than this I love this platform as it have almost all needed features to launch an effective meeting with all needed features for efficient communication. It also have a good user interface and I love the customization supported by this platform where avatars can be created. The platform capability of handling over the management of the meeting to the admin with permissions on the operation of the meetings like allowing who will share and who will not etc is really good. I love the smooth working of the platform. Since this platform can be launched on web, It can be used by anyone and anywhere where there is a web supporting device with Internet.

**What do you dislike about RemoteMeeting?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that this platform have a moderate enterprise pricing rather than per user. The per user pricing may shoot over the budget. I wish that there was more features like white board and AI chat that would assist in creating quiz or polls easily to make the audience more attentive during the entire meeting session. I wish that the communication was more steady.

**What problems is RemoteMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frankly this platform solve the time consuming login process for both launching the meeting and the one joining the meeting. This platform have made communication between teams or clients very easy. This improves the efficiency of communication and experience as well.

  ### 4. Easy to Use with Organized Chat and Smooth Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier C. | Full Stack developer, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about RemoteMeeting?**

It is easy to use, and the participants can get started even if they have never used it before. Communication remains organized through chat, and collaboration tools work well.

**What do you dislike about RemoteMeeting?**

Audio is not good; in my experience, using the audio has some issues. This problem can affect the participants: it can be harder to read the body language if the internet goes down; it can disconnect or distort the image; if the internet goes out, it can cut you out of the meeting, and you will need to start the meeting again.

**What problems is RemoteMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a good alternative if you want to use something different from Zoom, or Microsoft Meetings.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanga Y. | System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

With strong host controls, smart camera features, and easy integration with calendars and enterprise systems, it provides a simple yet powerful way to run professional, interactive meetings.

**What do you dislike about RemoteMeeting?**

Video quality can still suffer with weak internet, and virtual meetings lack the natural communication cues of in-person interactions. Users may also experience meeting fatigue from too many video calls, and there can be privacy or security concerns when sharing sensitive information. Overall, the platform works well, but these challenges can affect the meeting experience.

**What problems is RemoteMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemoteMeeting solves the problem of distance and coordination by allowing people to communicate face-to-face without needing to be in the same place. ### 9. As an easy-to-use, browser-based video conferencing tool with a strong focus on AI assistance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shihan S. | Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about RemoteMeeting?**

What I like best about RemoteMeeting is how simple and accessible it is — being completely browser-based means I can start or join a meeting instantly without downloading any heavy software. The AI meeting assistant is also a standout feature, providing automatic transcripts and summaries that save a lot of time and improve follow-up after calls. On top of that, the collaboration tools like whiteboards, annotations, and multi-monitor support make meetings more interactive and engaging compared to standard video conferencing platforms.

**What do you dislike about RemoteMeeting?**

The main drawback is the lack of transparent pricing tiers for small teams or individual users, which makes it harder to compare plans with other platforms. I also found that the browser-first approach can sometimes feel less smooth than using a dedicated desktop app. Additionally, details around scalability and compliance certifications (like HIPAA or SOC2) aren’t very clear, which could be a concern for larger enterprises.

**What problems is RemoteMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemoteMeeting removes the friction of installing heavy applications by being fully browser-based, which makes it much easier for external clients and partners to join meetings without setup issues. Its AI assistant solves the problem of manual note-taking by providing accurate transcripts and summaries, helping us save time and stay organized after every session. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** siddharth k. | Manager, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about RemoteMeeting?**

RemoteMeeting is a solid, browser-based conferencing tool that delivers many essential features such as screen sharing, recording, and annotation, all without requiring any software installation. I appreciated its straightforward design, user-friendly interface, and interactive tools. However, it does fall short compared to leading competitors when it comes to integrations, the depth of mobile features, and more advanced functionalities in its lower-tier plans.

**What do you dislike about RemoteMeeting?**

The free and lower-tier plans offer limited features, as many advanced options such as increased meeting capacity, custom branding, and more extensive integrations are only available in paid versions. Several users have pointed this out. Additionally, the mobile or app versions are sometimes less capable than the desktop client, with some users experiencing lag or missing features. Video and connection quality can also be inconsistent, as performance is highly dependent on the strength and stability of your internet connection—issues like dropped frames or lag are not uncommon with weaker connections.

RemoteMeeting appears to have fewer third-party integrations, such as calendar, CRM, or file storage support, compared to larger platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. This can make workflow integration less efficient for some users. The platform also has a smaller user base and lower recognition, which means there are fewer community resources, plugins, or peer support options available. Some review sites also show a lower number of reviews, which may affect perceptions of reliability.

Finally, a few users mention that certain advanced features can feel clunky or less polished, with the user interface sometimes becoming cluttered or less intuitive.

**What problems is RemoteMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Core Problems RemoteMeeting Addresses

Reducing friction to start or join meetings

Many video conferencing platforms require users to download, install, and manage different software or app versions across devices. In contrast, RemoteMeeting is entirely web browser–based, allowing participants—especially external guests—to join meetings directly from their browser without the need to install additional programs. This significantly lowers the barrier for those who are not tech-savvy or who face restrictions on installing software.

Providing a comprehensive collaboration tool in one platform

RemoteMeeting goes beyond basic video and audio by including features such as document sharing, screen sharing, interactive drawing and annotation, remote control, and chat. It also supports recording, transcript and minutes generation, and meeting logs, which help maintain a record of the meeting.

Making meetings more efficient and effective

With moderator controls like pinning speakers, layout modes, and screen splitting, RemoteMeeting aims to keep meetings organized, focused, and manageable. The ability to draw on shared screens or documents further reduces misunderstandings by providing visual cues, annotations, and the ability to point things out directly.

Lowering overhead, maintenance, and compatibility issues

Since there is no need to install software, users avoid problems such as version mismatches, compatibility issues, forced updates, or errors during client installation. This removes the complexity of questions like whether someone has the correct client version or if the app is compatible with their operating system.

Bridging remote and hybrid work contexts

As remote, hybrid, and distributed teams become more common, tools like RemoteMeeting strive to make remote collaboration feel more like in-person interaction by integrating multiple features into a single platform.
