We tried doing the recruitment process on our own only to find ourselves with several candidates to process where the majority of them were not fit for our positions. We contacted Remote Crew and very shortly we got ourselves a list of a few quality candidates whom we ended up hiring for the available positions in a short amount of time. After a few months, we had again the need to grow our team again, and this time we went directly to Remote Crew like the previous process everything went very well, very fast and we got ourselves some quality developers again. There's not much to write, but if I had to say something (and because I think we all always have some margin of progression), I would say that it would be a nice-to-have if Remote Crew have a dedicated platform to manage all the interactions/documents. Trello was beneficial for recruitment, but we all got lost in the invoicing process - most of it was our fault, but the email chains felt short to manage all the documents.
