I truly appreciate the flexibility that Remote Crew offers in how they engage with clients; their approach is not dogmatic when it comes to contracts or engagement methods, which makes collaboration seamless. This flexibility allows us to utilize our communication tools, like Slack, and applicant tracking systems, without any hassle, making it very easy to work with them. Additionally, Remote Crew has been incredibly valuable in facilitating the rapid ramp-up of high-quality engineers for our staff augmentation needs, which has significantly aided in overcoming the challenges associated with hiring engineers. Their ability to provide engineers with React full-stack experience and other specific skill sets has been particularly beneficial, enabling me to swiftly acquire the necessary expertise for our projects. Communication skills, Empathy to understand both sides, Readiness, Transparency. All qualities that I have experienced with my process. Honestly, was a great experience from start to finish.

I haven't experienced any downside with them. Maybe have more information in regards to the company they are hunting for, but I understand that sometimes that is difficult since it does not deppend only from them.

It was a great experience, and my recommendation for other would be to be candid with yourselves and trust on their expertise. Open communication, settle right expectations from both sides, and they will find the right fit.

Lack of communication was always a problem for me. But with Remote Crew, I would say that empathy is their strenght. In my particular situation, it was a long process and Remote Crew were there all the way; keeping me informed in every instance and steps.  When asked they were open and available to a follow up call, giving honest feedback and guidance throughout the hole process.

Allowed me to get in touch with companies looking for my skills. Presented work opportunities with high salary compensations in multiple companies. Also, Remote Crew was open to negotiation allowing me to be more tax efficient. Did not fail with payment agreements with me, even when the end client did not meet his obligations.

**What do you dislike about Remote Crew?**

Some projects we more unstable than others, but that is what one can expect when moving from a safe, low-paying company employment to an international remote contractor role that compensates for this risk with a higher salary.

Moving from a company employer to a contractor role has many fiscal implications. Make sure you study and learn about them before you make a move (consult with a specialist if necessary).
Make sure you clear all your doubts and lay your expectations during the recruitment process.
You will likely need your equipment to work.

Find companies that were looking to hire a Software Engineer contractor. So I didn't have to worry about finding the opportunities, and I was set up directly with recruiters for interviewing. Offers include companies that hire remotely and offer high salaries.

Simplicity, quickness, and robustness in processes.
The consultants working there appear to be happy, and, with a possible 100% remote model, they kept good relations with the consultants.

Is not something that i dislike, it's maybe a point to improve.
As the model is 100% remote, with no central office, maybe they could bet in having periodic team buildings with the teams, to keep the identification with the company.

Working with RemoteCrew is always easy and pleasant. They are always open for feedback and available for a meeting. They really take the time to understand what kind of profiles you look for and adjust their candidates pipeline accordingly.

Currently, nothing - keep up the excellent work! The company is rather young therefore, there is plenty of room for growth (e.g. extranet for checking everything related to the employees and candidates)

As a German company, we currently don't have a local entity in Portugal to hire employees there. RemoteCrew provided a good understanding of the local software engineering market and a good stream of candidates. Once we find the perfect candidates, they also offer employee-of-record services to hire our new colleague.

A very well-made filtering process for candidates allows Remote Crew to have several quality developers in a very short amount of time. Everything is also very transparent for all the elements in the process and Remote Crew is always reachable with a short message or email.

I don't have anything that I dislike at the moment. My two processes with Remote Crew went with no incidents and if we have the need to expand our team again Remote Crew will be my first option.

Do you want to spend your time evaluating the CV, technical knowledge, and culture fit of several hundred candidates only to find yourself with a mediocre fit then you can do the process by yourself? If you want the more intelligent, faster, and better choice then choose Remote Crew and I promise you will be satisfied.

A few months ago my team was looking for new developers since our platform was growing and we needed more help. We tried doing the recruitment process on our own only to find ourselves with several candidates to process where the majority of them were not fit for our positions. We contacted Remote Crew and very shortly we got ourselves a list of a few quality candidates whom we ended up hiring for the available positions in a short amount of time.
After a few months, we had again the need to grow our team again, and this time we went directly to Remote Crew like the previous process everything went very well, very fast and we got ourselves some quality developers again.

Remote Crew found quality profiles and helped us to manage the recruitment and the paperwork to contract an engineer.

**What do you dislike about Remote Crew?**

There's not much to write, but if I had to say something (and because I think we all always have some margin of progression), I would say that it would be a nice-to-have if Remote Crew have a dedicated platform to manage all the interactions/documents. Trello was beneficial for recruitment, but we all got lost in the invoicing process - most of it was our fault, but the email chains felt short to manage all the documents.

I was disappointed we couldn't find an AWS DevOps, but this seems to be the market's fault.

Remote Crew delivered an excellent service. With their human-size structure, they offered a tailored service, showed lots of flexibility and went the extra mile to fulfil our requirements.

I can't really point out anything in terms of negative reviews. Everything was more than good from their side, starting with communication all the way to the technical understanding about the roles we are hiring for.
