What do you like best about Virtual Assistants?

I appreciate how Virtual Assistants allow us to onboard a lot of staff without needing office space, making it both economical and efficient. Their management process is streamlined, and they handle the team well, so I don't have to worry about personal management. They take a big load off by organizing payments and managing the team effectively.
