Who is Remote AI pricing best suited for?

Remote Recruit's pricing is best suited for small businesses and mid-market companies hiring internationally without local legal entities. G2 reviewers in this segment, particularly in Information Technology, Computer Software, and Consulting, consistently cite Remote Recruit as the practical solution for cross-border EOR hiring, payroll compliance, and contractor management across multiple countries. Small businesses with 50 or fewer employees dominate the G2 review base and report strong ROI by avoiding entity setup costs. Mid-market firms in staffing, marketing, and software also appear frequently. Remote Recruit's custom enterprise pricing makes it less accessible for solo freelancers or micro-teams with tight budgets, per multiple G2 reviewer comments.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Remote AI?

G2's pricing data for Remote Recruit shows no free tier or standard published pricing tiers. Remote Recruit operates on a custom-quote model, meaning pricing is negotiated based on specific enterprise needs rather than offered through fixed plans. G2 reviewers note Remote Recruit previously offered free contractor payment processing, a benefit that has since been removed. One reviewer explicitly flags this change as a notable downgrade. For freelancers and contractors, some G2 users express interest in lower or more flexible service fees tailored to individual use cases, suggesting the current custom pricing skews toward employer-side buyers rather than individual contributors.

Is Remote AI considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Remote Recruit's pricing consistently signal strong value despite acknowledging premium costs. Multiple reviewers across small business and mid-market segments note it is pricey but worth it, with one calling it unfortunately expensive but worth it and another confirming pricing is competitive versus similar EOR providers. High ratings averaging near 5.0 reinforce satisfaction. Key value drivers cited include eliminating local entity setup costs, built-in compliance, automated payroll, and dedicated support. A few G2 users flag hidden costs emerging mid-process and reduced pricing transparency when third parties are involved, which tempers the value perception for budget-sensitive buyers.

What do you like best about Remote AI?

I love how easily Remote accommodates our needs as a business. The onboarding process is incredibly swift and straightforward, which is a huge advantage when time is against us during periods of restructuring or when resettling our global footprint. The platform makes onboarding new hires seamless and efficient. I am particularly impressed with Remote's capacity to access a broader talent pool without the necessity of setting up a bespoke entity, significantly reducing our administrative burden and potential compliance risks. The integration of local expertise for handling employee benefits is invaluable; it takes away the ambiguity and provides immense comfort in ensuring employees receive the benefits they are entitled to. This includes the management of expenses on the platform, which makes contractors feel more connected to our company by making them feel like an integral part of the team. Additionally, the flexibility in planning and tiering options allows us to start small and build confidence in the vendor without overcommitting. Lastly, Remote's user experience is notably intuitive and immediately obvious, which is essential for our operations. Overall, the combination of these features and the simplicity of user interactions make Remote a platform I highly value and would unreservedly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote AI?

I find that the invoices could have more detail, especially in terms of their pre-funding invoices. It would help us to see how the month reconciles without needing to click through multiple places to understand how they should be coded in our accounting system. The current process is a bit cumbersome and can require more administrative effort than I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Remote AI?

I appreciate how Remote helps me receive payments seamlessly as a freelancer working with a foreign company, acting efficiently as an intermediary for transactions. The platform significantly simplifies the management of payslips, making them easier to handle for both myself and the company employing me. I love the website's user-friendly design, which ensures a smooth and bug-free experience, free from technical interruptions or shutdowns. Additionally, Remote's intuitive setup and ease of use further enhance its functionality, making it highly efficient for my needs. The entire experience is complemented by the high quality of the website, which makes Remote a reliable tool in my freelance operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote AI?

I don't like that the app on the phone keeps disconnecting, adding unnecessary friction each time I need to reconnect. This issue detracts from the overall seamlessness I expect from the service. Additionally, the assurance part within Remote is quite unclear to me. The fee is very high compared to what my local assurances cost, and opting out isn't straightforward once I've opted in, which is regrettable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
