RelayMail Reviews & Product Details

RelayMail turns a shared address like support@, hello@ or sales@ into Slack threads. You add a RelayMail forwarding address in Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Fastmail or any provider that forwards. Each new email becomes a thread in the channel you pick, anyone in the channel can reply there, and the reply goes to the customer as a normal email in the same conversation. There is no mailbox password or OAuth access to your email, only a forwarding rule. Pricing is per inbox: $15, $39 or $149 a month with a 14-day trial and no per-seat fees.
