Relay Reviews & Product Details

Relay is an operations management platform designed to keep workplace issues from falling through the cracks. It gives frontline employees a simple way to report operational problems and gives managers a structured system for assigning ownership, coordinating follow-up, escalating unresolved issues, and tracking problems through resolution. Relay brings issue reporting, assignments, workforce communications, employee and customer feedback, and operational visibility into one platform. Instead of relying on verbal conversations, text messages, spreadsheets, or disconnected systems, teams can create a clear path from identifying a problem to making sure the right person owns and resolves it. Relay is designed for organizations with physical operations and frontline teams, including manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, facilities, and other multi-department or multi-location businesses. Management gains visibility into what is being reported, who is responsible, what remains unresolved, and where recurring operational problems are occurring. The goal is simple: make problems easy to report, difficult to lose, and clear to resolve.
