**What do you like best about Rekon?**

I can satisfy many more customers quickly, customize secure lien documents.

**What do you dislike about Rekon?**

It takes a bit of time to learn the software and is not for beginner-software users. The customer service is ok but could be faster especially in our tech-savvy world.

**What problems is Rekon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminates errors and is super fast allowing for many documents to be processed. My documents are customized to satisfy my needs unlike competitors.
