## Regus Reviews
  ### 1. Sales confirmed something critical that turned out to be wrong

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | CTO & Head Sage, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I never actually used the service. I canceled before the start date after discovering the address did not meet the requirements I had specifically asked about before signing. Because of that, I never had the opportunity to experience the workspace, mail handling, or any of the actual services.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The biggest issue was accuracy during the sales process, and what happened after I discovered the problem. Before signing, I specifically asked whether the address would require a PMB designation because that would make it unusable for my needs. I was told it would not. After signing, I learned that it actually did require a PMB. The sales manager later admitted he did not know that requirement and apologized.

I canceled the same day I received the full details and before the service start date. I never completed the USPS Form 1583 and never activated any services. Despite that, billing continued, and it took repeated disputes to even get someone to review the situation.

What bothered me most was not the mistake itself; mistakes happen. It was the disconnect between sales, operations, and billing after the mistake was acknowledged. It felt like everything moved to automated enforcement rather than someone simply resolving a situation that started with incorrect information.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

My recommendation would be to consider alternatives and do a very thorough verification before signing. At a minimum, make sure you confirm exactly how the address will be formatted and whether it will work for your specific business needs. Based on my experience, I would personally choose a provider that can confirm those details accurately before execution and resolve issues quickly if anything is represented incorrectly.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In theory, Regus is trying to solve the problem of providing businesses with a professional address and flexible workspace options without requiring a traditional lease. That can be useful if you just need legitimacy in a market, occasional space, or a place to receive mail without the overhead of a full office. For me, the goal was simple: I needed a clean business address that would work for verification and credibility purposes without needing physical space.

  ### 2. To avoid...

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I didn't like anything about this company

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The support and monitoring of a project

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoid it! I contacted customer service as part of a project requiring the reservation of 7 rooms in different cities in France. The exchanges were made with an AI via email "Julien Lefevre". While it is very responsive, it does not replace the support of a real person when it comes to a concrete and significant project. Unfortunately, no exchange was constructive. Several appointments were scheduled but not honored, without follow-up. I repeatedly felt that my request was not being considered, which was very frustrating. I am very disappointed with this experience and strongly advise against this service for co-working...

  ### 3. Adequate services for small business'

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Your own private office space. Low monthly fee. Amenities such as a kitchen area with a community refrigerator. Coffee, water, front desk person, optional conference room space.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

No help when it is needed. All requests go through the front desk person. Leaving it up to that person to relay the concern properly. Hoping that person follows up on said request. Charges fees for rediculous changes. Example, if moving from one office to another within the same office space, they charge you a clean up fee ontop of prorated retainer. Monthly rent is hardly consisent unless you stay ontop of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Offer some good space while saving on additional utilities, you'll need with renting an actual office space. Like internet and maybe electric. Just don't expect white glove service.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Works well for a small workforce such as one, two, maybe even 3 or 4 people. Compared with renting an ample office space that you are not utilizing. With the low rent cost, you are getting more than going out on your own.

  ### 4. Extremely disappointing

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgiana S. | Owner of Schwandt Properties, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

The offices are attractive and clean. Office manager is nice.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

I have had an office space at Regus on Greenway for about 13 years. At first, it worked well for me. However, the service has become very poor. I rarely go in to the office because I have a shop at home business. I use the Regus office location primarily for Google Maps and to have a reliable answering service. While it has worked for Google Maps, the answering service is terrible! Originally when I started, someone local would answer the phone. This person knew me and knew about my business. Now, some random person answers and they consistently give incorrect information. I am able to listen to the calls remotely: I am an appalled at what I hear. The caller is typically put on hold for a very long time.....and many times the caller simply gives up and hangs up. I would discourage anyone from using Regus at Greenway in Middleton at this point in time. In fact, I am looking for alternatives after all of these years.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Read the fine print carefully. Look for alternative workspace environments

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of support, poor communication problems, not representing my company well, etc. Very expensive for what I get in return.

  ### 5. Abhorrently deceptive billing, difficult cancellations, and non-existent support

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I truly do not have anything to say positively about Regus.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

You receive no written copy of any legally recognizable documentation when you sign up - just a confirmation email. The web portal is seemingly deliberately obtuse and adds strangely confusing language and web flow to any form of cancelation process. Upon canceling they insisted I had a non-cancellation and no-early-termination term on my agreement, when pressed for this in writing, they did not provide any such agreement. The documentation they did provide indicated there was no notice needed and no penalty for "breaking" my agreement. Yet, upon cancelling, they continued to bill me. They are predatory, abusive, and deceptive to a fault. The City Deputy, Ronaldo, repeatedly explained that he had no ability to discontinue my billing early and when he looped in the City Manager Michael McClanahan, he did not reply to any one of my requests for the contract or the agreement showing the non-cancellation or no-early-termination clauses or terms.

I have now filed a complaint with the Arizona State AG and continued to ask for documentation proving their case against the 0 break notice and 0 break penalty document they provided me.

And all of this was for a virtual address! Not even a physical office space.

Absolutely terrible experience with a terrible company who seems to be actively anti-consumer.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. I desperately wish I had looked up reviews first and taken everyone else's advice to stay away.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All I wanted was a virtual office address for my businesses Google listing, I thought a virtual address would look better than a P.O. Box until I opened a physical location. Regus did provide that service.

  ### 6. Unprofessional Conduct and Questionable Financial Practices

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerija B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Absolutely nothing positive — the worst work experience I've ever had, honestly!

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Attitude, Customer Service, Problem-Solving Approach, Renovation Costs, Communication.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

A heartfelt recommendation to never engage in any professional relationship with this company "Regus" and "Spaces", because there is absolutely nothing pleasant you will get out of the experience!

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is an irresponsible company with poorly organized internal processes, which they claim to be "standard for international companies." The quality of service leaves much to be desired. Most processes are automated, but in reality, they often don't work properly. Employees Latvian customer service consistently shift responsibility to others and as a result, solving even a basic issue can take over a month — and you, as the client, will be blamed in the end!
If you don’t closely monitor your invoices, rest assured — you will end up overpaying Regus and a specially Spaces and not by a small amount!

  ### 7. Don't rent an office from them!!!! They're scammers!.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena B.

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Absolutely Nothing! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The offices are terrible - broken ventilation and loud noise in the offices, rotten food, and the worst management in the world! They're just money-grubbers! Don't rent an office from them under any circumstances. The sales managers deceive customers just to get their money. It's a scam that's hidden behind a brand.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That did not solve any problems. That just steal many of they clients

  ### 8. Poor Soundproofing and Service Issues. Look elsewhere.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

They had temporary office space. It was clean.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Walls are paper thin. You can hear the other folks in the office. This is true of the conference rooms as well. Their service is weak and they will nickle and dime you when you try to cancel.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Look elsewhere

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed temporary office space

  ### 9. BEWARE REGUS

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Regus?**

The idea was for us to use their virtual office arrangement and have access to a national network of office space we could use as needed.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

I signed up for a month to month virtual office agreement. I was advised it would be a $99 signup fee and $90 per month, with first month free. I did ask about additional fees, nope none they said unless I use services like copies, drinks, etc. Agreement set to start August 1. I paid the $99, and was not able to pay $90 as there was no invoice available. Since August was free, I didn't log in till the end of August when I made the $90 payment. Well, by mid September somehow Regus said I owed $329. Apparently there's a monthly mail fee of $30, they bill a month in advance (so yes they ask for September rent on August 1) there's a "retainer fee" of a month's costs, and they knowingly don't tell you about ANY OF THIS, nor do they invoice or email you when these items post to your account - so literally they told me that the only way I would have seen these would be if I "happened to log in." If you don't "happen to log in" to a portal you won't see these charges and then you get $29.50 in late fees that they won't waive. I went to terminate the agreement, and the local office agreed I'm month to month and I needed to pay for October $90 and the late fee of $29.50, which I did and then termimated my agreement online. After termination, I got an email saying I have a 12 month contract and "cannot" terminate. AVOID these people like the plague. I'll be talking to the Attorney General in my state as well as where they are headquartered and posting this review EVERYWHERE.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. We intended to use the Regus virtual office arrangement and have access to as needed office space via the national network.

  ### 10. Avoid

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I had a $340/mo subscription for 10 uses a month in NYC... and from day 1, nothing about the experience was good. There were constant issues with their website when I tried to reserve space. Their support staff was un-helpful.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

-incompetent staff.
-website is as reliable as if a middle schooler in the 90s coded it.
-support unhelpful for tech issues.
-offices spaces are meh.
-when you cancel your 'month to month' subscription, they'll still charge you for 2 more months because they slip that in the Ts & Cs.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Avoid using Regus or Spaces

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flexible office space
