Regulr Reviews & Product Details

Regulr is an AI-powered customer retention platform built for local businesses: restaurants, med spas, salons, coffee shops, fitness studios, day spas, and food halls. It connects to your POS (Toast, Square, Clover, Mindbody, Boulevard), builds a profile for every customer from transaction data, and runs personalized retention campaigns on autopilot. The AI writes unique messages in your brand voice for every customer. No templates. Each message references the customer's actual visit history, preferences, and behavior patterns. Five campaign types cover the entire lifecycle: new customer welcome, frequency boost, loyalty reward, win-back, and reactivation. Customers get Apple and Google Wallet loyalty passes (no app download), and the platform includes automated review collection via RCS sentiment checks that route happy customers to Google Reviews and catch negative feedback privately. Setup takes 15 minutes. No hardware. No staff training. No IT team needed.
