A great disadvantage is the language, since everything comes in Italian (default) and this is uncomfortable for the English, specifically, that must be translated into English. I like how well the site is implemented. It is easy to use and very fast. It offers registration of domains and web services, it is the largest web hosting company in Italy. Technical support is not always first class. It can be difficult to get in touch with someone to solve a problem. The actual process of buying a domain from Register.com is pretty horrible, especially compared to the great advances in UX that other companies have made.
