Everything is really simple to manage, from adding games to making last-minute changes, and I never feel overwhelmed by it. On top of that, their customer support is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever worked with. **What do you dislike about Refr Sports?** There isn’t much to dislike. Like any platform, there can be a bit of a learning curve at the beginning while you’re getting everything set up, but once you’re up and running, it feels smooth, efficient, and easy to use. **What problems is Refr Sports solving and how is that benefiting you?** RefrSports addresses the challenge of organizing and managing referee assignments efficiently. Before I started using it, scheduling, last-minute updates, and communication were often time-consuming and stressful. I have easily been able to connect with real people via email and virtual meetings. Managing organizations, officials, and games is very simple and efficient. I've saved hours from using manual methods. **What do you dislike about Refr Sports?** I don't truly have any dislikes. I know that there are more integrations coming soon and I look forward to using them. I'm pleased with the performance, pricing and use of AI. **What problems is Refr Sports solving and how is that benefiting you?** Refr Sports is allowing me to overcome manual processes, administrative tasks like tax forms and accounting, and be more efficient in paying officials. I can more easily recruit, manage and communicate with officials in my group. ### 5. I never need to touch money. **What do you dislike about Refr Sports?** For clients that don’t want to make a pre-pay deposit, it’s hard to publish games. Refr Sports will add a Credit to some leagues, but this must be done in advance, so if its a last minute deal, it takes time. **What problems is Refr Sports solving and how is that benefiting you?** Billing and invoicing is automatic and weekly. I used to bill and invoice once a month with a data dump. This saves me about 4-5 of work per billing cycle. I used to bill monthly to cut down on work hours, so now with refr I am able to bill weekly. ### 6.
