## About Reflect OS
Reflect OS is a decision intelligence platform designed to help teams systematically capture, review, and learn from their most significant decisions. By providing a structured framework, it enables organizations to enhance decision-making processes, identify patterns, and improve judgment over time. Key Features and Functionality: - Decision Logging: Record the context, rationale, risks, confidence levels, stakeholders, and situational notes for each decision in a consistent format. - Outcome Checkpoints: Set review milestones at 30, 90, or 180 days, prompting timely evaluations of decision outcomes. - Decision Intelligence: Analyze calibration curves, quality scores, and detect recurring biases to gain insights into decision-making patterns. - Team Workspaces: Facilitate collaboration through shared decision records, internal committee votes, and secure, shareable decision briefs. - AI Risk Assessment: Conduct structured risk analyses for each decision, highlighting potential oversights and suggesting mitigation strategies. - Scenario and Assumption Tools: Perform projections and scenario analyses within decision records, maintaining a clear link between decisions and their outcomes. Primary Value and User Solutions: Reflect OS addresses the common challenge of leaders making numerous critical decisions without a systematic method for review and improvement. By capturing decisions at the moment they are made and scheduling future reviews, the platform ensures that outcomes are assessed against initial expectations. This process helps identify recurring biases, overconfidence, and diligence gaps, leading to enhanced decision quality and organizational learning. Reflect OS is particularly beneficial for executives, investment teams, and professionals in high-stakes environments where decision quality has significant consequences.

## Reflect OS Reviews
  ### 1. Simple, Powerful Decision Tracking That Captures Your Thinking Over Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arthur P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Reflect OS?**

Reflect OS does something most tools completely miss: it captures the thinking behind decisions right when they’re made, then brings you back later so you can compare that original reasoning with what actually happened.

What I appreciate most is how simple it is. I can log a decision in seconds without disrupting my workflow, and over time it quietly builds a structured history that becomes genuinely valuable.

Instead of relying on memory or hindsight, I end up with a clear record of my assumptions, confidence levels, and expected outcomes. That alone helps improve the quality of my decisions and makes it easier to spot patterns that would otherwise go unnoticed.

**What do you dislike about Reflect OS?**

As a relatively new platform, some parts are still evolving, especially in how insights and patterns are surfaced and carried forward over time.

The core functionality is strong, but there’s an opportunity to make the first-time experience feel more immediate and more guided. This would be particularly helpful for new users who aren’t yet familiar with structured decision tracking and may need a clearer path to get started.

That said, the simplicity of the core workflow is a real strength, and it’s clear the product is moving in the right direction.

**What problems is Reflect OS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflect OS addresses the problem of decision drift: decisions get made, outcomes happen, but the original reasoning fades or gets remembered inaccurately.

In most environments, outcomes are tracked, while the decisions that produced them are not. The result is repeated mistakes, overconfidence, and weak feedback loops.

By capturing decisions at the moment they’re made and revisiting them later, Reflect OS closes the loop between expectation and reality. That makes it much easier to spot patterns in judgment—where assumptions were off, where confidence was misplaced, and where the same issues keep showing up.

Over time, this supports more deliberate decision-making and a clearer understanding of what actually drives good outcomes.

  ### 2. Unmatched Confidence Calibration and Effortless Decision Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Euan P. | Strategic Business development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Reflect OS?**

The confidence calibration tracking is unlike anything else available. After 50 decisions it shows you precisely where your confidence is miscalibrated — which categories you consistently overestimate and which you underweight. The Quick Log captures a decision in under 60 seconds which means it actually gets used. The automated review scheduling means nothing falls through the gaps — decisions get reviewed at 30, 90 and 180 days without any manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Reflect OS?**

The product is early stage so some advanced features are still being refined. The analytics become most meaningful after 50+ reviewed decisions, so there is an initial investment period before the full value of calibration data becomes visible. This is by design rather than a flaw, but worth knowing going in.

**What problems is Reflect OS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most executives have no system for learning from their decisions. Experience compounds into stronger biases rather than better judgement without structured review. Reflect OS solves this by capturing decisions at the moment they are made — before outcomes are known — and scheduling structured outcome reviews. Over time it surfaces exactly where confidence is mis-calibrated and which risk factors are systematically underweighted. The result is measurably better decision quality over 90 to 180 days of consistent use.

  ### 3. Finally a system that measures whether your confidence in decisions matches your actual outcomes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Euan P. | Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Reflect OS?**

Reflect OS is the first decision tracking tool I've used that treats decision quality as a measurable discipline rather than a journalling habit. The confidence calibration scoring is the core differentiator — it quantifies the gap between how confident you said you were and how often you were actually right, segmented by decision type. That data, once you have 90 days of it, is genuinely uncomfortable and genuinely useful. The automated review scheduling removes the friction that kills every manual system — you don't have to remember to review decisions, the platform surfaces them at 30, 90, and 180 days. Setup is fast, mobile capture takes under 60 seconds, and the field-level encryption means sensitive strategic thinking stays private.

**What do you dislike about Reflect OS?**

Calibration analytics become statistically meaningful only after consistent logging over several months, so there's a patience requirement in the early weeks. The platform is honest about this, but it's worth setting expectations. The investment management and executive use cases are well developed; some of the other verticals (legal, advisory) are listed as coming soon. Again, not a blocker for the core use case.

**What problems is Reflect OS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem Reflect OS solves is decision amnesia — the gap between the moment a decision is made and the point at which its outcome becomes visible. Without a structured system, that gap is filled by hindsight bias. You remember being more certain than you were, you misattribute outcomes to skill or luck selectively, and the same judgment errors repeat across months and years without ever being identified.

Reflect OS closes that loop in three concrete ways. First, it captures decisions at the moment they're made — context, rationale, confidence level, and risk factors — before memory starts to distort. Second, it schedules outcome reviews automatically, so the comparison between prediction and reality actually happens rather than being perpetually deferred. Third, it calculates a confidence calibration score across your decision history, showing precisely where your stated confidence matches your outcomes and where it systematically diverges.

The practical benefit is a quantified picture of your own judgment patterns — which decision categories you're well-calibrated on, where you're consistently overconfident, and under what conditions (time pressure, incomplete data, unfamiliar domains) your accuracy drops. For anyone making high-stakes decisions at volume — investment professionals, senior executives, leadership teams — that intelligence is not available from any other tool. Notion can store decisions. A spreadsheet can log them. Neither calculates calibration curves, surfaces bias patterns, or tells you that you've been assigning 80% confidence to a category of decisions that succeeds 55% of the time.

The result is decision quality that improves systematically rather than accidentally.
