## About RefinishControl
Every estimate has money hiding in it. Missed ADAS calibrations, disposal fees that never made it onto the sheet, a permit line that got skipped, it adds up fast, and most shops don't have time to comb through every CCC ONE or Mitchell estimate line by line looking for it. RefinishControl does that for you. Upload the finished estimate and it gets checked against a rulebook built for collision repair, flagging the stuff that typically gets missed. The estimator looks at each flag and accepts or rejects it nothing gets added automatically. Over time you can see exactly how much that's put back in the shop's pocket. The second half of RefinishControl is built for the stuff that never makes it onto an estimate at all: clips, fasteners, mixing cups, tapethe consumables that get used on every RO but rarely get billed. Scan a bin with your phone or whatever barcode scanner you're already running at the counter, and usage gets logged against the repair order automatically. If something got used but wasn't on the original estimate, RefinishControl catches it. This is the part of the job not flagged by tools like ClipLizard, Nuventory, or Comcept. Both pieces land in the same review screen. You're not bouncing between an audit tool and an inventory app, it's one list, one decision per line. And it's built on top of a full shop toolkit: quoting, invoicing, QuickBooks sync, job costing, pricing matrix, plus purchase order generation for materials so reordering isn't a separate headache. We sell direct to shops and through PBE distributors, so if your parts supplier already offers this, that's us. Also featuring a Distributor Hub. RefinishControl Distributor Hub allows you to keep track of all that is going on with the shops in your network. Your shops already call you for supplies. Give them a reason to keep it that way. The distributor hub is for you to manage all your shops in your network: get per shop snapshots, of recovered value (estimate+materials combined), pending review count, low stock counts (which can be re-upped via automatic reordering), order inbox, anomaly flags, and more. You can assign field staff, to their shops for check-ins View overall reports on all your shops combined, to see different metrics, and gain back that ROI.
