The entire reference process only took me a few minutes to complete. **What do you dislike about RefHub?** I’d suggest structuring the Likert-scale star ratings separately from the written text responses, so each type of feedback is clearly distinguished. **What problems is RefHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** A referencing system that I can access from anywhere, complete in my own time and at my own pace, and that provides accurate information quickly and easily back to the recruiter. ### 2. RefHub streamlines and simplifies the referencing process giving you, the recruitment / hiring manager the time to focus on those bigger projects / responsibilities, without detracting from the importance of thise process. You can pre-build reference questionnaires depending on the role / level of information required and, from the refhub platform, send out requests AND reminders - all with the click of a button. Couldn't recommend this resource more!! **What do you dislike about RefHub?** I've not yet found anything I dislike and I'm usually an incredibly critical person, particularly when it come to our boarding processes.
