Righteo is an all-in-one hiring platform that helps recruitment teams and hiring managers verify candidates with confidence. It combines automated reference checking with 600+ expert-built skills assessments across 10 categories, giving businesses real performance data before an offer goes out. Reference checks can be sent in under 60 seconds, with automatic follow-ups and built-in fraud detection to guard against fabricated references. Skills assessments can be chosen from Righteo's library, generated instantly from a job description using AI, or built fully from scratch, with full control over questions, skill groups, and weighting. Trusted by 1,200+ Australian businesses across industries including mining, engineering, nursing, recruitment, and technology, Righteo is Australian-owned and hosted. The platform helps hiring teams move faster, reduce hiring risk, and hire on proof, not promises.
